In a move that is designed to protect the civilians within the Star League, non-military and non-governmental personel have been moved to the Tempest System. Colonists were sent there several years ago to lay down inferstructure and to begin mining operations, which has been very successful. Please note that all business of the government and the military is still conducted on Terra.
