Chellis Announces Intent
Chellis has released an international statement that simply reads this:
"Chellis is willing to go through any means to gain the state of california, of the united states of america. It is willing to make a deal with the owners, but if they do not co-operate..."
Last time i checked california was split between 3 or 5 nations.

Whittier is located in Southern Part of California. That is where my region is. Are you sure you can take me on?
I can take you on no problem, especially if i get one of the larger owners of North america on my side, but i would rather not do that...Im sure you could use the money, as your troops have been taken out by RF already...
Chellis offers 180b for a 50 square mile area around lake tahoe.
Chellis urges whittier to take what it can get, before it gets nothing at all for it.

During the RF/West Ukraine conflict, Esamopia financed the Whitter fighting effort, in addition to accepting some of its refugees and provided some money (equal to 25% of military expenditures) for Whitter reconstruction.
