Upon this date of September the 22nd, we The United States of Johnified America, the true JSA, hearby declare unrestricted, full scale war against the Confedracy of Johnified States, who have broken the basic laws which have governed our people for centuries, by defying the order of our government and military and breaking away, in fact forming a seprate nation. This cannot be tolerated. Unification is the only answer, as long as we are split we will never fufill our destiny. The tribune made thier descion, and either abide by it or perish. We have urged you to surrender for the past decade, after all of this, the attacks and counter-attacks, the minor skirmishes of the past 3 years, we find you can not be dealt with rationaly. Re-Unification is the only answer, and because of your choices we must do this by violent force. "United we shall stand, Divided we shall fall."

Maybe I should help your adversary. I will keep a close eye on how things evolve from here.
Since we do not recognize the illegitimate government of the USJA we scoff at this "declaration". Any incursions into our territory will be considered a criminal act, and we shall engage and destroy any unauthorized personnel that come near our border. You know full well the strength of our military and we are more than a match for your forces, after all we trained half of your officers and NCOs. If you foolishly bring your soldiers into our territory... well we will persuade them to "turn around" :evil:

Johnified States, the Macabean nation is more than willing to send in troops for your defence and for future operations in your enemies territory. The apathetic response JA gave us persuaded the government that his nation is illegitamit and nieve. Thus we open our palms to you with our armied and our money.
The emperor has allowed a full 500,000 infantry with 2,000 Pz. VI's (Cheetas, 133mm L/72, 900mm frontal sloped, 800mm rear, 850mm side, blah blah) and 1,000 Stug Ausf. B AA's and 1,000 Jagdpanthers (130mm L/90 anti tank); as well as 10,000 350mm Howitzers to be mobilized within the month and sent to your nation.
All of this will be supported by 10,000 Heavy Pegaso trucks, 5,000 medium trucks, 500 million USD a day and 10,000 gallons of petroleum a month.
It is up to you if you want our forces. If you accept you must agree to allow us to occupy 1/4 of JA and to participate in the rebuilding of his nation.
Of course this is supposing we go into the offensive.
Tortuga offers it's assistance to Johnified America, we are willing to send any and all weapons and supplies, and also if things go sour actual soldiers. We await his response.
Regardless of interference we will be the victors, you have responded to us just as we expected

Your help will be accepted, in a more limited capacity since the idea of a foreign nation occupying 1/4 of our former homeland is not digestable to our leaders.
