Today, in sign of the commitment to peace by Russian Forces and Western Ukraine, the two nations signed an agreement barring mercenaries from the conflict area.
West Ukraine denounced the use of mercenaries as "harmful to peace talks" and said the only thing they could do was prolong the war.
Nations using mercenaries are asked to withdraw them.
The mercenaries themselves are being given a 30 day amnesty period in which to leave West Ukraine.
