The government of West Ukraine, in light of battles occuring since the signing of the peace accord, proposes the following agreement between West Ukraine and Russian Forces on the reduction of conflict in the Ukraine.
1. The use and presence of mercenary forces in West Ukraine and Russian Forces is hereby declared banned.
2. All foreign nations with mercenaries in the conflict are hereby asked to withdraw them.
This proposal is made because West Ukraine believes the mercenaries aren't contributing to the peace but are rather, doing what they can to ensure the peace process fails.
3. All mercenary forces shall have an amnesty period of 30 days from the signing of this agreement by both sides in which to leave the combat zones.
4. This proposal is in addition to the one calling for the referendum.

Is the war over?

We are in a ceasefire awaiting for the people's approval of peacetalks.

This is targeted only at mercenaries but will only be effective if RF also agrees to sign it.

Although we hope it works out [or so we say at least], if it doesnt, we can move the front from the Dniepr to the Dniestr in 1 month.
