"Today, the Indiastan Science Ministy announced that in an effort to solve the burdgenoning population problem, two extra-terristrial and seven extra-solar colonies are to be established. Sites at to include Luna and Mars inside Sol, and Proxima Centauri, Wolf 359, Luyten, Cygni Alpha, Ross 128 and Sirus out beyond Sol. They said taht colonies were currently under construction, and that colonists would be shipping out within the next year. Approxametly 500 million people are to be sent out in the initial colonization wave, with more going as needed. The fleet is to be put on high alert, patrolling the construction sites to prevent any attempt at raiding by minor powers. Also, the Ministry said that Indiastan will not attempt to annex any of the afrementioned systems or planets, merely the land they are on, and the space above them. This has been an INN report."

The nation of Magnetingrad would like to offer $10 Billion for the right to conduct science experiments in the two colonies.

What sort of science experiments are we talking about here?

Since we are new to space, we would like to test chemical reactions in space, for rockets and engines and such. you may be present for all experiments to verify this.

Well, we would certainly be willing to allow you to conduct experiments from our orbtial facility, rather then having to ship you all the way out to Sirus or Wolf. Naturally, there would be a small fee. Is that agreeable?
