OOC: Thank you for not having insane millions of troops. Mind telling us what a pulse staff is? What is a "Brute"?

We might recommend the addition of ground transports (if the dropships are mothballed and for use in sudden offensives, consider casual local transportation), mobile ground or sea based artillery platforms (easier to hide than ship-based artillery, even if less mobile and potent), and submersible vessels.

This is a "Leader" Brute the other brutes are just a bit smaller, but still weigh nearly a ton!!!

It has two small blades on the sides and shoots a pulsating energy beam at an accurate range of 300 yards.

That is thier species, they are called brutes by all who have met them. Those capable of speech also have conveyed that they are indeed "Brutes". We believe they are from somewhere deep in the Skaarj empire, for the Nali do not rember seeing them before the "skydemons" arrived in thier ships. It is thought they are a slave or servant race, bred for hard labor and rudemntray fighting. In short we did not name them so I don't see what you expect us to do.

Dispersion pistol 50 shot energy weapon, 3 settings
LOW/STUN setting:1st shot causes burning sensation over a 7 inch diameter of the impact zone damage is minor. 2nd shot causes 1st and second degree burns and normaly causes the victim to go into shock. 3rd shot is absorbed into the nervous system and causes convulsions
HIGH setting 1st shot causes 3rd degree burns and slight penetration damage, 2nd shot would be identical to the first except the nervous system will be damaged by the energy.
BURST setting causes the weapon to have a cooldown time between shots of a few seconds, but does more damage than any other setting, full shock and burning is acheived with the first shot.
* if the weapon is fired 50 times in a row the cool down for recharge is 3-5 seconds per shot 7 seconds for bursting at 0 charge. It takes 10-14 minutes of idle operation for 50 shots to be regained.

An-33 turret = two three barrel rotary plasma cannons in an armored unmanned turret used against fighters asteroids and missiles
An-4 turret = 2 double barreled pulse cannons used against ships and slower fighters in a turret manned by 2 or 3 soldiers. Also has 2 quad pods of R-92 needle anti-fighter missiles (stinger missiles with high speed engine and cobalt explosives, IR guided)
Longbolt missile = 7 foot long missile which expands by 2 feet moments before impact, its fast has deep penetration and high explosive yield, its a fire and forget self guiding anti-aircraft/ship/sat missile
