Today reports have been released by Dictator Anderson accusing the nation of Scythirus of inserting a spy into Gurian and murdering five Gurian Commandos and Jeff Kyle, a top Gurian scientist, in a suicide bombing within a high-security research facility. Dictator Anderson was quoted as saying, "They will pay dearly for this!"

The Gurian government claims to have evidence, in the form of surveillance tapes of the incident, against Scythirus. The official report states that Jeff Kyle was exmaining spy satellite fragments, which had been mysterious shot down after surveying Gurian. The Gurian government denies responsibility for destroying the satellite. After Jeff Kyle had revealled the origin of the satellite to be Scythirus, it was then said that the spy revealled a bomb. The base went under full lockdown and the spy detonated the bomb. The damage could have been greater if lockdown was not initiated. All present in the room, five Gurian commandos and Jeff Kyle, were instantly killed. Reinforced metal doors prevented the explosion from doing any more damage.

Dictator Anderson addressed the nations of the world, urging them to join Gurian in an attack on Scythirus. "Nations of the world, as you have heard, Scythirus has committed a terrible deed against Gurian. And unless they are stopped now, many more will come. We must band together and bring an end to their reign of terror. Let them cause havoc no more!"

Dictator Anderson was furious. He paced around his office, his face bright red.

"I will listen to their paltry explanation...and then I will bring these criminals to justice!" he cried out. Dictator Anderson brought the full force of his fist down on a small table in the corner. The table wobbled and broke, but Dictator Anderson didn't care. The nerve of THEM to dare attack US...

As televised on major news networks:

[A reporter is seated on a chair in front of a desk. Behind the desk sits Milhaud Karrakh, the infamous Scythirian Information Minister.]

Reporter: "As you may have heard on many news reports, Gurian is accusing Scythirus of planting a spy with a bomb in their ranks, killing six people."

Milhaud Karrakh: "We have heard the allegations."

Reporter: "What does Scythirus have to say?"

Milhaud: "It was certainly not our man. We wish only peace."

Reporter: "They say that they have evidence."

Milhaud: "Correction. They have propaganda."

Reporter: "Propaganda?"

Milhaud: "Propaganda. Although Scythirus is struggling to promote its vision of peace in the world, there is a vicious Western conspiracy doing all it can to suppress it."

Reporter: "You do realize this could lead to war, if you're caught lyi—"

Milhaud: "I am not lying. And if it does lead to war, we are prepared to defend ourselves by any means necessary. Our allied neighbor of Abadan will also help defend our nation."

Reporter: "So you're not afraid?"

Milhaud: "Never."

Reporter: "And what about this alleged spy satellite recovered by Gurian?"

Milhaud: "Mere foolishness. Both our satellites are still in orbit."

Reporter: "So your opinion of Gurian is that they're lying and furthering a Western conspiracy against Scythirus?"

Milhaud: "Correct. As long as the West seeks its horrible, oppressive, evil desires, there will never be peace in the world. We urge all nations to ignore this abhorred conspiracy and turn away before it brings ruin on the world."

Reporter: "Very well, Mr. Karrakh, it was a pleasure being with you for this small moment."

Milhaud: "No, dear sir, the pleasure was all mine."

Gurian News Network

The Gurian government has released the evidence incriminating Scythirus. These are surveillance tapes of the facility that show the processes used to determine that Scythirus sent the satellite as well as the spy blowing up the six unfortunate victims. The tape has been edited, censoring out information that could breach national security.

All current analysis of the tapes have revealled that they are unedited. Dictator Anderson promises the Gurian public that they are genuine.

Following this announcement, sightings of Gurian's military has become more common. It seems as if troops are mobilizing for a possible invasion. Gurian's citizens seem supportive for the most part, pledging their support for the government. Numerous groups are peacefully protesting the war, however in only one case has a riot broken out. The riot was handled with no loss of life and only three civillians injured.

Dictator Anderson sneered at the image of the Scythurian government lying in front of the reporter. But they didn't have any chance against Gurian's military might. But Dictator Anderson didn't want to be hasty.

He had sent orders for the Gurian Military to prepare for a full-on invasion. However he hadn't dispatched any units whatsoever. Dictator Anderson merely had them on hold. Everything was ready. Troops ships were ready to land troops, bombers were ready to bomb, and the Nuclear ICBMs were ready to be launched in a minute's notice. Of course nuclear weaponry would be a last resort.

Dictator Anderson had begun recording a message.

"To the Scythurian Government, we are aware that your second spy satellite is soon going to pass over Gurian and take pictures. I want that satellite taken down immediately! If it is not taken down by the time it passes over Gurian, I will shoot it down. You have received the terms."

Dictator Anderson shut off the recording and had it sent to the Scythurian Government. He did not want an Scythurian spy satellite in orbit, especially one that was taking pictures of Gurian.

The news again:

[Milhaud Karrakh is standing behind a podium on a stage, numerous reporters standing in front of it.]

Milhaud Karrakh: "It has come to our attention that Gurian seeks to further its Western Imperialistic Conspiracy. It claims that the footage is not tampered, but this is a lie. Everything that comes out of the West is a lie. One cannot trust the West. They see one who is weaker and hunger to exploit them. Yes, you there."

Reporter 1: "Gurian is forming a military motion and possibly preparing for war. What will Scythirus do in the event of an attack?"

Milhaud: "We will face them if we have to with our pervasive and mighty military. We will also look to our ally, Abadan, for international aid. Yes you."

Reporter 2: "Do you see all Western people as evil?"

Milhaud: "Not at all. Only their governments are evil. Their citizens are merely poorly misguided and brainwashed by their horrible governments. Yes, you."

Reporter 3: "What is it about the two satellites that you launched in weeks prior that Scythirus did not want to reveal? Or is national security still a concern?"

Milhaud: "National security is still a concern. The two satellites hold important transmissions that we fear the West would use against us if their nature is revealed. You?"

Reporter 4: "Any idea whose satellite was recovered by Gurian."

Milhaud: "We have no idea. Possibly one of their own to use in this heinous Western scheme."

[Suddenly a Scythirian guard approached Milhaud and whispered something in his ear. Milhaud nodded.]

Milhaud: "My apologies to everyone, but the Emperor of Scythirus has called for me."

[Milhaud and the guard walk off the stage and into an armored vehicle.]

Dictator Anderson had begun recording a message.

"To the Scythurian Government, we are aware that your second spy satellite is soon going to pass over Gurian and take pictures. I want that satellite taken down immediately! If it is not taken down by the time it passes over Gurian, I will shoot it down. You have received the terms."

No reply came from Scythirus, nor did the satellite show any signs of being brought down.

Dictator Anderson appeared to make a speech.

"I have requested that the Scythurian Government take down their spy satellite orbiting high above before it orbits above Gurian. We do not want them taking pictures of us! If they fail to comply, I promise that I will shoot that spy satellite down. Currently they have 32 minutes and 23 seconds. Let us hope that they have the sense to take it down. BECAUSE WE WILL NOT BE SPIED ON!"

The crowd broke into an applause as Dictator Anderson left his speech-making balcony and entered his office again. Dictator Anderson was waiting to see what the official Scythurian Govern response was.

The premier of Claytoria didn't even flinch when the mens body parts on the ground were displayed from Gurians entry team, there wasn't much left in the room from what he saw. Steve was used to seeing that stuff though, he had seen some of it first hand well he was a part of Claytoria's military.

He spoke a message to Chris Anderson, "Chris, those bastards will have to pay for this, but this shit happens too much, please od not make war the first step, I beg of you. Remember you have my full support in this. And this suicide bombing, although honorable, is considered a first strike by the spies. Once again you have my full support."

Dictator Anderson responded by sending this message to Claytoria:

"Steve, this isn't some random suicide bombing. It was a genuine attempt by the Scythurian Government to mask that they were the ones responsible for spying on Gurian. I would not start a war after that. But their spy tried to shut everything down. He didn't have to die. It was only because of Gurian surveillance technology that he didn't succeed. And as a last resort, he blew himself up. This is a strategic strike by the government and not a random bombing. We must retaliate. If there is a way to avoid war, then I shall take it. But all the Scythurians do is lie and act like we are the big, evil West. They do not want to end anything. And so we must deal with them."

"I fully understand that Chris, I understand everything your saying, but before we retaliate, we must look for and kinds of ways to avoid war. with war means death, and with death means we will be killing innocent people, I really want to avoid that."

Steve tapped the send button on his little voice recorder/sender thing. He didn't even know what it was called. What the hell he thought as took aim with the M60 mounted on the sand bag infront of him. He squeezed the trigger and ripped four paper targets apart. He loved being stationed in CEOTS HQ.

Dictator Anderson sent another message.

"Any ideas? And what is that gunfire?"

Steve stopped firing just in time to hear Chris' qeustion. "Im in the CEOT base, the shooting range, they have everything in here, holy shit Dave! What do you need 50. Cal Rifles for? Anyways, Claytoria has been put on full defensive alert once again, Whoah! Nice shot Dave, I have o head to my office, this is really serious. Im sorry Chris, sometimes fun can get in the way. To tell you the truth, I have no idea what to do. But there has to be something, there HAS to be something, war is the easy thing to do, just the worst one."

Dictator Anderson sent another message.

"First off, stop shooting a goddamn gun. Secondly, GEF and CEOT might be able to work together to...'extract' the leader if you catch my drift. What do you think? They'll likely declare war, but we'll have a bargaining chip and the defensive bonus."

"Sorry, I'm in an office now, John can you get me those Military papers that were written up here. Sorry, Chris WHAT THE FUCK? Shit! John! Susan! We need paramedics in here! Doyle isn't breathing!" Steve ripped off his headset and started performing basic First aid on his friend. "HURRY!"

Dictator Anderson was in a state of panic. He pressed his 'advisor' button on his desk. An advisor rushed in.

"FIND OUT WHAT'S HAPPENED TO THE LEADER OF CLAYTORIA!" Dictator Anderson shouted.
"I'll get right on it!" the advisor responded, darting out of the office.

The Emperor sat at his desk going over the reports of the attacks he said to his advisor "Get the media onto this were invading Scythirus to make them pay"
He gave the orders for all military personnel to prepare for war.

News: Bornima has yet to give its position on the conflict, the dictators advisor stated,
"If war breaks out, Bornima will do its best to back Gurian, So battles won't come to the homefront."
Mr. Bodwin the dictator of Bornima, all he had to say was
"I pray its only a naval war, So we wont bring innocent Civilians into harms way."

Bornima starts beefing up military, "Its a very small military, but very well trained" says General Takova. He continues to say, "We may not have very many infintry but a great deal of money goes to our long range weapontry"

Dictator Anderson was quite happy to have received Bornima's support. They were his neighbors from the Island of Gorlon. Gurian and Bornima were very friendly, so Dictator Anderson expected them to join up. He was also very happy about Christoniac's support. From his reports, it seems that Christoniac was a very powerful nation that would greatly help Gurian during the war. Dictator Anderson decided to write a letter of appreciation.

I thank you for joining the conflict. We must bring these lying murderers to justice. Because if we allow them to get away with this, more acts of terror and destruction will come after. We must put an end to their reign of terror. So on behalf of Gurian, I thank you for doing what is right.

Dictator Anderson looked at his clock. Scythirus had 10 minutes and 21 seconds. The missiles were ready to fire. Dictator Anderson waited to give the order. It's your choice now, you scumbags...

"Chris? One of our Generals had a heart attack, man, that guy is in tip top shape too. Oh well, he's okay, the spies aren't in anyway involved with this just to tell you, just a regular thing, Anyways, every 4 of my naval fleets are out protectiong Gurian, Bornima, AZN BOI, and Us.
"The President sighed, "Well, I get to be a hostage for one of CEOTs exercises, I'll talk later"

Dictator Anderson shut off voice comm and continued watching the status of the Scythirian satellite.

"Good day sir, as you well remember, we used to be neighbors on the same island, now that i've moved and started The Federation, i would like to assit you in anyway possible. If war escalates, i will be willing to send over 200,000 people, along with the UST Johnson, a Super Carrier Class to help, but i'm sad to say that since our forces are in Russian Forces territory, we may not respond quickly. Two of our 3 Super Carriers are there with 4 destroyers and alot more force. But we shall be watching this for more updates."

Dictator Anderson responded through voice comm.

"Thank you for pledging your support. We must bring these criminals to justice. They have committed terrible and unspeakable acts of terror against Gurian and her citizens. We will not stand for this and we will bring an end to their reign of terror before even more lives are lost, before more damage is done."

Dictator Anderson then sent some general information about the alliances to the press.

Apparently, Gurian has some new allies in this war against the Scythurians. The nations of Claytoria, Christoniac, Bornima, and Trekys have all pledged their support in this war, retaliation for a Scythurian attack.

Dictator Anderson has also warned the Scythurians to remove their new spy satellite from the spy before it passes over Gurian or it will be shot down. We are all waiting anxiously as time ticks down. One man waving an anti-Scythurian placard commented, "The Scythurians are lawless. They won't take that satellite down. And they won't stop this terror. WE MUST STOP THEM!"

"Gurian, The Federation has voted on the matter of declareing war on ur enemy, once u declare it, so will The Federation and we shall be sending 1,000,000 troops to help with the effort, our troop transports are being preped, along with our Super Carrier and 6 Destroyers and 6 Subs (3 E-1's and 3 E-2's)

"Thank you again. We shall now await a Scythurian response to taking down the satellite. Missiles are ready to shoot it down."

Even if the Scythirian government was willing to comply with taking down the satellite, they did not possess the technology to do such. All they did instead was capture as many airborne images that they could.

The Emperor of Scythirus, Krildahd Voramix, sat upon his lavishly decorated throne in his palace throne room. His elder eyes stared past his nose that led down to a mustache connected with a long beard. His gaze was fixed on six of his greatest generals and his Information Minister, Milhaud Karrakh.

"They want us to take down something we cannot," Krildahd hissed. "And all our work will be in vain."

"Not completely, Your Highness," a general spoke. "We do have two more in development. Because our first was knocked down, we did keep the wiser to build more. They cannot deny us an eye in the sky when so many other nations in the world have the same."

Krildahd slowly nodded and turned his gaze toward Milhaud. "I want you to continue denying everything. We're already in too deep and we cannot turn back now." He looked at another general. "How is our stock of nuclear, biological, and chemical arms? If this leads to a war and we're backed into a corner, I want to be prepared."

"We have over a hundred nuclear warheads in the high security silo," the second general replied. "We also have biological and chemical warheads readied in siloes scattered throughout the nation. If the going gets extremely tough, we're ready. Also, there are canisters loaded with biologicals and chemicals."

"Good... good," Krildahd said with a vague smile. At that moment, he looked around the throne room. "Where is High Priest Jorzo Mafil?"

"He said he was running late," Milhaud Karrakh replied. "An important ceremony to our sacred God for favor in the possible event of a war."

"Have we heard from the Sultan of Abadan yet?"

"Not yet. He's extremely busy as usual."

Krildahd nodded and stood up, from his sid he pulled out a large, black, jagged bladed sword and held it above his crown. "For Scythirus and the God of Hellfire!"

All others raised their fists with him. "For Scythirus and our Dark God!"

OOC: Puzzled? Although in the Middle East, Scythirus is not Islamic, Christian, or Jewish. The country plays host to a secret cult religion far older than all three. The nature of the religion is completely unknown to outsiders.

OOC:Hrmmm.......i want to tell u what my carriers can do, but chris won't let me, not until we start the war (if it starts lol)

It was only a few seconds until the satellite would pass over Gurian.

"Fire," Dictator Anderson calmy stated. A missile flew out of one of Gurian's numerous missile silos at an alarming speed. It was moving incredibly fast. Just milliseconds before the satellite was over Gurian, it impacted the satellite directly. There was a large explosion that could be seen for a few moments in the Gurian sky. The debris harmlessly made it into the atmosphere and burned up.

Dictator Anderson sat at his desk. He was reviewing Gurian spy plane and satellite photographs of Scythirus, as well as spy reports.

So they are preparing biological and chemical weapons?

Dictator Anderson contacted Gurian's Surgeon General, and send him the following message:

"Prepare medicine, we suspect the Scythirians might utilize biological weaponry."

Dictator Anderson sighed. What nation could use such terrible weaponry? Well, Dictator Anderson was sure that they knew using any kind of WMD meant turning their country into a smoking crater. But he wasn't dealing with rational people. Dictator Anderson was dealing with people that would martyr themselves just to strike a blow.

Gurian News Network

Reports have arisen that Scythirus may resort to utilizing nuclear, chemical, and biological weaponry in the war with Gurian. Dictator Anderson has had the Surgeon General prepare the medical community to cope with biological and chemical agents.

Dictator Anderson warns that Scythirus has no qualms about death and might use nuclear weaponry against Gurian. Public bomb shelters are being prepared. "Don't panic, you'll be fine," Dictator Anderson said during a press conference.

Dictator Anderson moved to his eemergency elevator. It opened and he stepped inside. The doors closed shut and with amazing speed the elevator moved down the shaft. After about a minute of going down, it finally reached the very bottom level and opened up to reveal a giant hatch. Dictator Anderson opened it and shut it behind him.

Suddenly, a scanner was activated. Dictator Anderson stood still as the scanner scanned his body, trying to ensure his identity. Satisfied, a panel opened up revealling a hand slot. Dictator Anderson put his hand on it and waited a few moments. His handprint was accepted. There were two short beeps.

"Hi. My name is Christopher Anderson. My voice is my passport. Verify me."

Everything seemed alright. The reinforced metal door in front of Dictator Anderson opened. Dictator Anderson ignored it and moved near the wall. He felt along the wall, and finally found the hidden panel he was looking for. Dictator Anderson took off the plat and found a keypad. He entered the correct combination slowly, for it was also a fingerprint scanner. A hidden trap door opened. Dictator Anderson climbed down. When he reached the floor, the door closed above him. Dictator Anderson walked forward to the hatch in front of him, opened it, and entered a room with another hatch. He closed the previous hatch behind him, careful to lock it. He then opened the hatch in front of him and found himself in his emergency office.

Dictator Anderson closed the hatch behind him and locked it. He then took a seat on his chair. It was far too risky for him to stay outside of a bomb shelter. Dictator Anderson was now in the Gurian Government Bomb Shelter. It was deep underground and had extreme security. From down there, the government could run the whole country.

The Sultan of Abadan regrets such barbarity among our neighbour nations. We will not resort to war unless any type of weapon is fired at our ally, and upon such a signal we are willing to release a nuclear wepaon into the Gurian capital, along with countless biological wepaons. While we regret toi threaten such action, be mindful our nation of around 450 million cannot stand by such injustice. Half a billion people cannot be witness to such lunacy!!! As you probably know, peace protests are happening in all Abadanese cities at this time. We stand by our people, and wish to see peace. We will be willing to conduct peace agreement in Dar Al-Abadan. But be prepared, we are ready to unleash our force upon those who wish to dominate the East. In the name if Isa Almighty, Good night.

"Good news, Your Highness," a general spoke as he entered the Emperor's chambers and saluted. "The Sultanate of Abadan has spoke in behalf of Scythirus. If it comes to a war, they will stand by our side."

"Excellent," the Emperor replied as he sat back from his journal. "I knew we could rely on our good ally Abadan. Anything else?"

"Yes... the second satellite has been destroyed by Gurian."

"Sadly as predicted. How soon are the other two on the way?"

"A few more weeks of development and they will be finished for launch."

"Excellent. Order the Navy to patrol our coastal borders at once."

"Yes, Your Highness," the general left the Emperor's quarters.

Emperor Krildahd Voramix looked out of his great window at the majestic city of Jihamed. It would rise to greatness, he thought. His gaze fell on the Great Temple and pondered how long the High Priest's ceremony would be. Jorzo missed the meeting in the throne room... so unlike him....

Dear Abadan,

Perhaps you have not realized that they sent the first attack at us? They are a threat that must be eliminated. I want to minimize civillian casaulties and only go after the government. Does a government that kills innocent people who have done nothing against it deserve the right to continue such acts?

Here in Gurian we have 1.2 BILLION people upset about this national tragedy. A Scythirian suicide bomber blew himself up and killed six Gurian citizens. How many more deaths will come from these policies? First a suicide bomb, then a dirty bomb, and before you know it they have nuclear weaponry. An end must be brought to this government.

I would like to talk to th Scythirians, but all they do is lie. They have never tried to explain their actions. I want to bring an end to these policies. I accuse the Emperor of Scythirus of six charges of murder.

Let us hope it does not get to nuclear war. But of course, if it does, know that it woud guarantee your own destruction. I hope you're prepared to answer for the lives of your half billion.

Steve Clemming spoke to Christopher Anderson, "Man, those CEOT guys know how to save people, one of them ran inbetween me and the bad guys in case he had to take the bullet for me, sadly he did. But it wasnt a kill shot and his armor would have stopped it. Well, about the war, this is serious shit, I think we should talk in person, whos house this time?"

The emperor sat at his desk and sent an electronic message to the Scythiriusan president officially declaring war on him and notifing him of the thousands of troops heading towards his nation.
He thought to himself to bad he doesn't know of the encoded virus on the message and the assassins in his palace.

"All clear for take-off" Said One of the five Heaven cargo planes, as they were actually in the airspace just before Gurian. As the message relayed, the shups sudenly turned round, heading away, and opened their back doors, over 125 total...frisbee's? flying out, as the planes headed away. The frisbee looking things began dispersing and heading over gurian. These self controlled probes began heading over gurian, undistinguishable as more than a distant bird by the human eye, and indeed to radar it did seem like a tiny bird, just flying around. Also, one of the planes let out a single sea mine, glaringly obvious to any ships, in an attempt to take notice away from what the otehrs had done.

OOC:The mine is meant to be detected, and unless you purposfully ram it, you woiuld find it.

IC: President Bones sat at his desk at home, he decided not to go to the white house,a s he'd be bombed with work, but the phone rang none the less...

"Hello?" says Bones

"Hello sir, i have some news regarding our war effort in RF" said his assitant

"And what is that? were gonna have to send over more men, right?"

"No sir, the Super carriers UST Gregoryand UST McCoy and the 4 destroyer and 4 subs are all free now due to the war there is being ignored, and i've dispatched them, along with the troop transports, to Gurian and also, it would seem that war happening as Gurian shot down the satilite." She says

"Good, who sent them to Gurian? and also is the UST Johnson almost preped to leave port? i want as many troops as we can in Gurian waters as soon as possible as i'm feeling they may need them. and are all the troop transports preped too? and i want 5 destroyers sent to waters not far from scytharin cost"

"Yes sir, everything is ready and General Zeropoke gave the order to send those ships to Gurian"

"OK, thats ok, i want the UST Johnson, her 2 destroyer and 4 submarine escort and tranports to leave now, but if it does, i hope for the best. I shall be leaving for my bomb shelter under MT Skyline tomorrow, i'll be at my office there, ok?"

"Yes sir, i'll tell the officails u'll be there"

"ok, anything else?"

"No sir, bye" says the assitant

And then Bones take out a cd and opens word and begins to write his speech to let the members of The Federation know about what will be happening....

Riding in his armored limousine to the Great Temple of Jihamed, Emperor Krildahd opened up his laptop computer to check for any emails. There was one from the Emperor of Christoniac. Opening it, he read over the message and gritted his teeth. A declaration of war... how lovely. But only thousands of troops? Good for him that Scythirus would have the home team advantage.

Nevertheless, he closed the laptop and phoned the Sultan of Abadan, "Yes, Reza, it's Krildahd. Already one of the deceitful Western nations has declared war, sending over thousands of troops......"

Out beyond the coastal waters of Scythirus, naval vessels were already preparing for an oncoming onslaught. They systematically fired out water mines, the latest development in preparation for a possible war. The mines would adjust to the proper bouyancy in anticipation for something to strike them. Any force planning to reach Scythirus by sea would face some... extreme difficulty.

IC: Mines were now completely set around the borders of Scythirus. Trade and port was heavily watched and regulated and the Scythirian Guard monitoring all transmissions. If there was any hint of an enemy threat, it would be quickly eradicated.

The siloes held no intercontinental ballistic missiles, the farthest reaching only able to go as far as 1300 km—those being the infamous and rightly feared Shahab-3s of the region. Even if, Scythirus would never strike first, keeping the image that it was on the defense.

"Dear President, The Federation thinks of ur words, but holds at its ground for war, but like you, The Federation would like to still aid Scythirus, if we do attack, we will make sure any civilian we see is scared off, but never shot, we shall scare them off so as not to be hurt. And also after this war, we shall be sending aid, if scythirus needs it. My naval ships are on their way there as i leave this message, but i asure you, we will fight a peacefull war, even though war is not peacefull, we mean by that, that we shall not kill any civlians and if we do, will compensate for the death, by paying their family. Thank you for listening to this, President McCoy"

IC: The Naval ships are that much closer to their destination. So far, each Super Carrier has taken on supplies out at sea successfully, no attempts have been made on the group. As of right now, 200,000 of the possible million to goto scythirus is on their way there.it will be another 2 days till land is found and intel is being gathered on what forces are on the coastal edge

OOC: The coastal waters of Scythirus are being patrolled by many watercraft of the following kind: KvP-92s, KvP-92vs, KvP-92zs, and two Polnocny-C Classes. Also your naval ships are approaching a large string of Scythirian water mines, set to go off if anything touches them. And no, the cities are different.

IC: As the ships started to go closer and closer, inch by inch to land, the admiral of the UST McCoy, President McCoys (Bones)'s son, noticed something bobbing in the water, he took a closer look with a pair of binoculars and ordered a full stop to all vessels.

"Why'd we stop Admiral McCoy?" asked the captian of the UST Gregory

"We stopped cause of mines, they are about 500 meters straight ahead" Says Admiral McCoy

"Damn, what should we do? what should we do?" asks the captian of the UST Johnson

"Tell flight deck to have two H-2 Helicopters fly and try to make a hole in the line of mines, maybe, if were lucky, a chain reaction will go off and...." as the admiral says as hes cut off from a loud noise, "WHAT WAS THAT?"

"Sir, the UST Johnson was just struck by a stray mine, she has taken on damage, but her hull is holding, she can maybe stay, about, 4 days more before she should leave to a friendly port for repairs" Says the commander

"DAMN! that give us 6 destroyers, 8 subs and 3 super carrier w/ 1 super carrier crippled, we'll have to make due, but can't she repair herslef? nevermind, just have the helicopters take off and destroy those damned mines....." Says the admiral with a scornfull look on his face

After the admiral gave the order, two H-2 helicopters took off to their targets, they each fired one missile a mine till they were ordered to come back

Bornima mobilized it's Army today. Bornima's Long range mortars in carry units is en route to meet up with Gurian's Army. They are scedualed to meet up within the week. Orders given to Bornima's Army will be from Gurian, for this is their war and we are only helping. We are Very percise gentlemen, we will not miss. Our targeting spys are already en route to their target areas.

Several of the mines were blown apart by the missiles from the helicopters, but no chain reaction took place. A dangerously narrow path was left in the massive string of Scythirian water mines. Any further wrong moves could spell disaster.

The admiral decided to have the super carriers stay behind the wall and have 5 destroyers pass through the gap and have the troop transports (about, what like ALOT lol considering i am bringing 200,000 has a first attack plane) and subs submerge under water and safly glide under them. The carriers are, however, going to be bombaring the beaches (right? lol) and any military bases by planes. The Troop Drop planes shall have an escort of about 10 Q-3 fighter jet per plane. 10 drop planes shall go past enemy lines and drop about 5,000 ppl near the capital in hopes of taking the capital fast, after the troops are droped, they are gonna make a base camp in a confined location and await the dropping of tanks and supplies. 1 drop plane, however will make its way over the capital itself and start to drop fliers that say on them:
"Support this war, help Trekys military find Scythirus' gov't buildings and bases, for this is the only war, we are here not to hurt you, but, rather to protect you. Move away from any battle, as ur likly to get hit"

hopefully, this plan will work with very little destruction (atleast let like 3 destroyers pass lol if u decide to kill them lol)

And so the battle began. Seeing the breach in the field of water mines, a group of fifty KvP-92 watercraft aided by ten KvP-92v watercraft, swarmed around the approaching destroyers. Radioing from one of the watercraft, a captain demanded that the destroyers turn back or they will open fire. Autocannons, turrets, and automortars were aimed at the offending ships waiting for any false moves.

A hundred K-8 Karakorum aircraft were scrambled from the airbase north of the port city Abu-Dahbi and a naval base jointed with the city by the same name. The K-8 Karakorums intercepted the Trekys aircraft in a wide, airborne circle. Over a radio, the planes were likewise told to turn back with threats of fire if there was failure to comply.

Meanwhile, the private beaches were evacuated by the orders of Scythirian Guards on foot. They aimed their mortars and other weaponry at the aircraft circling above. Hundreds of anti-aircraft vehicles swarmed the streets of Abu-Dahbi, all citizens ordered indoors and businesses closed. The vehicles readied their deadly rockets and awaited orders to fire if Trekys made the wrong choice.

One of Gurian's ships was patrolling Gurian's sea zones when it picked up the mine. It was immediately destroyed by the ship's weaponry. The incident was reported, but Dictator Anderson didn't care much. He was worried about nuclear war.

Dictator Anderson was looking through Gurian intelligence. Apparently Trekys and Christoniac had begun the assault against Scythirus. It's not like I can do much, Abadan. Dictator Anderson sighed. Gurian's forces were arrayed in a defensive position. Dictator Anderson was having second thoughts about invading.

He began to record a message to send to Scythirus.

"Scythirus, I am willing to try to get through this peacefully. Are you interested in peace talks? Some...restrictions will have to be imposed upon you, with specific consequences. But that is debatable at the moment. Are you interested in peace talks?"

A furious Premier stood at a podium, news cameras surrounding him while he spoke to the world, "Trekys and maybe another nation has mobilized their troops already headed for Scythirian borders, I am furious at Trekys for not staying back, they mobilized without my consent, and they alone will probably crumble under Scythirus and Abadan put together, we have men trying to have Trekys pull back immediatley. We MUST find a more peaceful solution, if we haven't THEN found a better way, we will send an Opposing force." Steve Clemmings slammed the podium with his fist as he emphasized on some of the words, "Trekys you MUST pull back, we refuse to help you until we have sewarched out the solutions!" He walked away.

OOC: Oh none of the mines are anywhere near Gurian. They're strictly in Scythirus' waterways.

IC: A radio base in the capital, Jihamed, received the dictator's transmission. A general stood over the techinician and grabbed the receiver, speaking into it.

"Dictator Anderson," the general spoke. "This is General Omar Takrit. We are willing to listen to peace talks but nothing can be agreed on just yet. Give us your proposals so we may think on it."

You cna't just land in his capital and expect to win, or even be able to get there at all. that's like saying Mexico invaded the US and won. Or that i have more than 300 million more people than you. This is a horrednous attack on the sovereignty of a nation attempting to be peaceful, or at least work out its problems in a peaceful manner. You will pay for this disastrous invasion, and soon. "Scythirusian vessel, we wish to meet with the commanding officer of ur fleet or the next best thing. We assure you that our destroyers will not open fire, as u can see we have one damaged, but usable super carrier and 2 others. We don't want to use these now, but we will. My father regrets this war, i don't, but he does and hes my commanding officer, so i must obey. Admiral McCoy"

He ended the transmission and noticed that the subs and troop transports didn't stop moving, but have slowed down and went deeper.

On one of the two patrolling Polnocny-C Class ships, the radar picked out the blips of the submerged submarines. Alerting all other watercraft, the ship aimed its weaponry where the submerged vehicles lay, and watched.

In the air, several K-8 Karakorums fired warning shots in return to keep the enemy aircraft in line and show that they meant business.

At the request of Admiral McCoy, messages were radioed to Jihamed's military center. Upon receiving them, General Omar Takrit, still awaiting response from Gurian, radioed out to the Trekys Naval Forces.

"This is General Omar Takrit, speak."

Dictator Anderson responded.

The general switched the frequency before replying to Gurian's leader, "I'll have to speak it over with the Emperor; but it sounds like you may have yourself a deal, Anderson."

"Excellent, but perhaps we should talk in person. Is there any way that we could organize this? Is there any neutral ground? Also, please do not tell Gurian's allies about this. I sense a strong public backlash if they found out we were negotiating."

General Omar Takrit paced back and forth in the radio room as he conversed with Anderson. "Neutral ground may be possible... maybe Abadan. We recommend that your transport is secret, but if anyone finds out it can be said that you're trying to urge the Sultan against us. We would also like it if you told your allies to pull back their forces. Agreeable?"

"Claytoria is doing a fine job of that matter. I would not feel very comfortable in Abadan. That would be like us meeting in Claytoria. I would like to meet in truly neutral territory."

"Unfortunately we have no other options for neutral areas," the general regrettably reported. "Any that you have in mind?"

As the five Heaven cargo planes began closing on on gurian, the frisbee's swarmed towards the cargo planes. Just before reaching the frisbee's, the cargo planes dropped hundreds of 100 pounder bombs into the sea just before reaching gurian international waters, and once the frisbee's flew in, the cargo planes began heading back.

OOC:Again, just a distraction. The bombs all landed in the water and exploded on impact. Some fish died :P

The USS Buri was nearby. A squadron of fighter jets was fired out. Their mission was to capture the pilots of the hostile cargo planes. The squadron roared forward toward the cargo planes. Over the radio the squad leader sent out a message.

"You have been bombing Gurian's waters. Please follow us to the Kuyo Island Air Force Base so that you may be interrogated. Failure to comply will result in the usage of force."

"Well, Anderson?" Omar demanded impatiently.

Dictator Anderson replied.

"Perhaps one of the Island of Gorlon's uninhabited regions?"

"That can be worked out," the general replied with a smile. He closed the channel and ordered a message to be delivered to the Emperor immediately. A soldier saluted and ran out of the radio room, heading for the Emperor's last known location—the Great Temple.

"We did not bomb gurian waters. We bombed international waters, in which you have no jurisdiction. Dont start something, untermeich..."Said the lead cargo plane flyer, as men in the back of one of the planes started preparing aerial mines(proximity explosives with a parachute, at least its some defense), and they hoped they would not have to use them(this is inside the plane, your guys wont see it...).

Steve Clemmings spoke to Trekys, "I need to to pull out immediatley, we need it, if you do not pull out I WILL use force, trust me, I'd rather have you stopped than letting you attack Scythirus, allowing civilians to die. This is not a threat, it's a choice presented to you and a decision you must make immediatey, pull back now.

Bornima's Long Range Mortars are set up way off the coast and await Gurian's Orders. Air craft carriers are protecting Bornimas gun ships. No Infintry has been sent in.

Squadron One responded, "I'm pretty sure everyone knows Gurian is preparing for war. It is quite suspicious when people bomb so close to Gurian. We would just like to question you, then you are free to leave."

Dictator Anderson called off the nuclear threat, however he kept the bomb shelters ready. Dictator Anderson went back to his office, going through a long and grueling process.

"I want to get that uninhabited island south of Gurian ready for peace-talks!" he shouted out to an advisor. The advisor ran out of Dictator Anderson's office and immediately got to work.

Aided by twenty more K-8 Karakorums, a black, unarmed, armored jet bearing the flag of Scythirus took off from an airforce base. The K-8 Karakorums kept close to the jet as it flew over the naval vessels of Trekys and past them toward the ocean. Once at a safe distance from any possible enemy threat, the K-8 Karakorums turned back for Scythirus as the jet continued its way over the ocean, leaving the region.

Dictator Anderson had covertly been delivered to the island along with multiple members of the Gurian Elite Forces. If anything happened, GEF would be able to handle it. They were extremely trained, as millions of dollars a year was spent on their INDIVIDUAL training. These were the best of Gurian's Army, and each and every member of Gurian's Army had the proficiency of another nation's SpecOps units. Of course the drawback of this was that the army was much smaller.

Within time, the armored jet arrived at the island, landing flawlessly and sleak in its movement. The side door was opened allowing four armed guards to step out before aiding out the Emperor. There seemed to be something puzzlingly different about the Emperor's appearance, but it was probably because he was in person and not on camera.

The Emperor wore a great clothed crown and long, red royal robes. His beard was long and black with only a few grey strands. His eyes wandered the area as he walked with the four guards as an escort, two helmed and armored troopers stepping out of the jet after them.

The peace talks were ready to start.

As the UST McCoy is starting to leave, the admiral notices that the subs and transports have not yet returned, they radio out again:

"This is the submarine groups 1 and 2, we are on our way back, we did not recieve anything before, the transports will be there within the hour." said the captian of one of the subs

"AH! there they are, good, lets start heading back to Gorlon when they arrive, the carriers may be supplied, but the destroyers will run out once we pass by their area" said Admiral McCoy

This is quite uncivilized conduct. I see the treaty as rather acceptable, and see no reason to fight over it. As you know, at least 2 million Abadanese troops are in Scythirus, and another 3 million can be there soon if war breaks out. Please refrain from war. We also condemn recent Chellisian massacres of fish as senseless murder of the innocent. We hope it shall not set a precedent for any war that you might consider fighting. We propose an acceptance of the treaty for a short period in order to polish it off. Meanwhile, we could lessen troop numbers and readiness levels. I hope you shall find this plan agreeable, and peace can be reached.

Dictator Anderson was out of breath. He was incredibly angry. To propose such a treaty to restrict Gurian! Had this STUPID and IDIOTIC man forgotten that he was the one who had started the conflict? He was the one who killed six Gurian citizens with a suicide-bomber spy. Dictator Anderson took deep, long breaths.

"Do you know why I would like to restrict you? Why I want to be able to monitor you? Why I don't want you to have weaponry? You started this by blowing up a man in a Gurian research lab and killing six Gurian citizens merely because they had discovered you sent a spy satellite. You didn't try to talk, oh no. You just blew those people up. So you see why I don't trust you? Do you see why? If you had weapons of mass destruction, god knows what you could do. Maybe if you prove yourself to be a little more trustworthy we could be a little more neutral. But until now, perhaps Gurian should keep some tabs on you as you have obviously not been very trustworthy."

Gurian Elite Forces personnel surrounded Dictator Anderson, more probably hidden around the island. Gurian was only a few miles away, so should any kind of fighting break out on the island, Dictator Anderson would have the upper hand. But he hoped it didn't come to that. Although he was starting to get very, very, very mad...

and the Scthirusian government didn't complie to the treaty they'd be destroyed.

Emperor Krildahd Voramix sneered at the dictator, white teeth grinding together as he slowly spoke, "So you say, Westerner. The man was not ours. If he was indeed Scythirian—which I fully doubt when dealing with the oppressive, conspiratorial West—he was a rogue. Either accept the revision or propose another one. If not either, we'll be out of here. We will not be subjected to the tyrrany of the West."

His four guards and two armored soldiers made their weapons ready; if Gurian's forces were going to ambush, they would protect the Emperor to their full ability. Angrily the Emperor glared at Anderson, waiting for the Western leader's answer.

As the UST Flagship McCoy and the rest of the fleet neared Gorlon, they noticed something.

"Sir, there is something on radar, very faint and small, but its there." said the radar person

"Hrmmm....is it on one of the uninhabited Gorlon Islands?" asked Admiral McCoy

"Yes, it is sir" said the radar person

"Hrmm.....FULL STOP, I want 100 men on that island, we should check it out" ordered Admiral McCoy

"Aye sir, i shall relay the order" said the radar person

1 hour after the admiral gave the order to land troops, CaptianMartok was on the island.

"Ok men, setup camp here, i want 10 men on watch tonight. 4 men a hummer, we have 8 hummers, so i want 40 guys to be preped and ready in the hour. the others, make urself comfortable, if we see anything worth looking, we will radio back for asstiance, roger?" Says Captian Martok

"Aye Sir" says lt. Bayson

Within one hour, 10 hummers left to search the osland for that metal source they saw on radar. If they find anything, it will be reported to the UST Flagship McCoy and home base.

Krildahd's impatience was growing with the dictator, "Well do you accept or not? The sooner you give me an answer, the sooner I can leave this place....."

Two of the Scythirian guards warily eyed the Gurian soldiers, keeping their bodies close to the Emperor as human shields should Gurian attack.

The hummers began to see a wide feild and noticed a plane at the end of it, they all stopped and hid in the nearby brush (the hummers being camo-ed and all) and then then Captian radioed in.

"This is Captian Martok to the UST Flagship McCoy, please comin"

"This is the UST McCoy"

"We have discovered a plane and make-shift runway, what should we do?"

"The Adrmial says to stay there"

"Aye sir"

A Gurian Elite Forces member ran up to Dictator Anderson.

"We have a Trekys super-carrier off the coast, offloading troops onto the island."

Dictator Anderson looked quite bewildered, but he was happy. Thank god for the escape route they had planned out...although it was thought to be used in another type of situation. Dictator Anderson began to address the Scythirian Emperor.

"Emperor, I've got a way off this island that will elude the Trekys super-carrier. You can either come with me or take your chances with the super-carrier."

Dictator Anderson began to run off with a some Gurian Elite Forces members toward some hidden Humvees. The plan was to ride these Humvees to the coast to meet a Gurian submarine. From there, it would move to join a Gurian Navy task force and then move to Gurian, delivering Dictator Anderson to safety.

Dictator Anderson finally reached a Humvee. He climbed in and turned to look if the Scythirian Emperor had decided to come...

Krildahd trusted anyone from the West only as far as he could throw them. Rounding orders to his guards and two troops, they turned to return to their jet. Quickly it took off and headed over the waters in the opposite direction of the super-carrier... Trekys would only catch a blip quickly leaving the range of its radar.

"This is Captian Martok, the plane and some hummvees have left the compound"

"hrmm........no doubt a secret meeting, but with whom and why....come back to the task force, the destroyers and subs need supplies badly, i will radio ahead to Gurian's Ports asking if we can resupply" said Admiral McCoy on board one of the three super carriers there

"This is the UST Flagship McCoy to Gurian ports, we request to dock our subs and destroyers and super carriers, one is damaged. Our transports will continue to our island, may we dock?"asked Admiral McCoy, writing on a piece of paper to the radio person to radio home, so his father could find out the news...

Special Operations Commander Jason Chen woke up early morning in his hotel room. He logged on his terminal to find that he has one message.
I just checked my mail last night. It could only be one thing...
He opens the message and says, "If it is another mission to put down "citizen revolts" in Devlin, I am going to quit." He didn't really mean that, and if he really did, the Queen would never let 'valuable soldiers' like him quit. He frowned. Dictator Anderson was in the submarine now. His cell phone began to ring. Dictator Anderson opened it.

"Hello?"

"Ok we"ll deal with the fighters then we'll get the jet"Replied the airwing officer as they engaged the jets one came up behind the officer he brought his plane to a halt and swung around behind it and opened fire obliterating the plane with the pilot the engagement was soon over as Christoniacs fighters outnumbered them 3 to 1 the jets after the engagement went after the signal the jet was giving off.

Dictator Anderson held the phone to his ear as he glanced at the submarine's screen.

Ouch...Christoniac is after the Scythirian Emperor. God...I wish he chose better. Maybe this situation could have even sparked peace.

The planes followed the emperor's jet if the Gurians didn't like it well it's their own fault they had orders.
The officers gave the orders to arm their weapons.

News bulliten for all welnardians. Thousands of troops are boarding destroyers. Without a warning, war has been declared on Scythirus. It seems that our first war to help our allies has come. Thank you. We now return to your original programming.

"Just informing you that my navy has been sailing to port at viera for supplies and renezvous. Total naval count is two aircraft carriers, three destroyers, and fifty transports. With several Karakorums downed, it'd be a tough fight but Scythirus had the hometeam advantage. Anti-aircraft, armed to the teeth with rockets, roved over the desert towards the location of the Airwings. Immediately as the new aid of K-8 Karakorums arrived, they opened fire on Christoniac's aircraft. The 192 K-8s left over from the original 200 reengaged the enemy, firing their rockets.

If they were struck down, he thought, they would always be counted as martyrs against the tyrranical West.

"Mr. Smith, I believe some of the enemies troop movements threaten to encroach on our borders. All of our supplies will be sent to Dictator Anderson and you. we have supply trains moving over the region toward Gurian. As the planes broke up to flank the K-8's one of them fired it's vulcan and clipped the wings of the emperors jet as the others began fighting the k-8's planes fell from the sky like rain as huge fireballs filled the air.
Then the order was given"Get out of here it's getting us no where let's hunt the jet(My jets are fast very fast) it should be slown down from the wing clipping".

As the ships rained a bombardment on the aa troops on the ground the Emperor gave the order to bring more ships to their territory.

OOC:Um they didn't chase me away we split up and left the combat to chase your jet as my planes are much faster because they realised that the conflict was just to hinder the pursuit.
IC:The airwings after abandoning the combat continued their pursuit of the emperors jet wich was slowed down from the clipped wing hopefully the ships would get to the position were they could avoid any sea mines and barrage the cities.

"Mr. strogen, what is the situation on your forces?"
"Not good. Every time a ship gets near Scythuria, it sinks, the infantry can't land, and every plane that flies near the region is shot down by their warships. We even lost the flagship Marzipan. I feel like our war efforts are futile. But, for the sake of the alliance, we must keep fighting."
"I am encountering the exact opposite situation. all units are in place on scythuria. but, as this call may be traced, I cannot reveal the coordinates yet."

Order all the subs still in the gulf to destroy any Scythurian Naval craft, military or otherwise. If a drone runs out of ammo, don't tell it to turn back for resupplying, but to drive it into the closest building possible."
"Yes sir. Admiral Mosares out."

OOC: Just an OOC assurance to Scythirus, you can afford to have your Emperor captured. So if he does, no need to whine. There will just be a very...interesting RP.

Dictator Anderson was back in his office. The situation was getting confusing. Numerous small nations and Gurian's own colony had begun to help out in the war effort. Key word: War. The Scythirians seemed to be putting up a rather good defense. As for the Scythirian Emperor, he was about to be captured by Christoniac. There was no hope for him. Christoniac had faster and more powerful aircraft. They were very liekly to shoot down the plane and recover the Scythirian Emperor.

Dictator Anderson continued going through this computer. It served as his eyes and ears. Dictator Anderson could access satellites, view military positions, hear about local and international issues, and far more. Dictator Anderson smiled. He loved this system.

Dictator Anderson double-checked to make sure Gurian was at Code Yellow Nuclear Alert status. At Code Yellow the shelters were to be kept at a constant ready state. Civillians were to stay within range of a shelter and Gurian troops were to make sure no riots broke out. Dictator Anderson prayed he didn't have to active a Code Red Nuclear Alert. The panic as people would rush into shelters...scared...and then when the nuke would come. Gurian being decimated.

Dictator Anderson shuddered. He hated this thought. The people would live, of course. Many decades worth of supplies were stored in the shelters. But the thought of Gurian being destroyed? Everything they built...gone? That was the terrible idea.

Dictator Anderson shrugged off this thoughts and began to concentrate on the matter at hand. Abbadan nuclear capabilities. From Gurian reconaissance, it seemed as if Abbadon had fairly powerful nuclear capabilities. They were not nearly as powerful as what Gurian could muster, but very powerful nonetheless. Guidance systems weren't as accurate as Gurian's, but does that really matter with a nuclear missile? The power was slightly less, but it was still a very formidable weapon.

Dictator Anderson was curious about disabling Abbadan's nuclear capabilities in order to render them not a threat. No...that would be as difficult as disabling Gurian's nuclear arsenal. It would be absolutely impossible. Shutting down one or two weapons might be possible, but not all.

Dictator Anderson sighed. It was a problem. A huge problem. A TREMENDOUS problem. Well, there was one reassuring thought. Gurian wasn't invading Scythirus. Others were. If Abbadan nuked Gurian they would be the undisputed bad guys. They probably wouldn't do that. At least Dictator Anderson hoped not.

Dictator Anderson started to look at the Scythirian minefield. Intelligence revealled the locations of some mines, but not the whole minefield. Dictator Anderson wondered for a moment about a bombing run on the minefield with some rather large conventional munitions. The bombing run would be enough to clear out a path through the minefield, and if the mines were close enough to trigger eachother the entire minefield would explode. From prior intelligence, it seemed unlikely the mines were placed so that they might trigger eachother. If peace talks failed, it was a way to launch war.

Dictator Anderson continued to ponder about the Abbadan situation. Suddenly, he began to really think. Dictator Anderson's mind kicked into full-speed. He began to send a message to the Gurian Head of Intelligence.

Dictator Anderson send off the message. Taking down the entire Abbadan communications network would make them incredibly vulnerable for a short amount of time, perfect for a Gurian Elite Forces operation. Dictator Anderson hoped this would be a last resort. If his plan involving the Scythirian Emperor worked...then maybe there could finally be peace. If only Christoniac could just capture him...

The planes began to form in a formation called the "Hunter" this involves theplanes moving in a picer around the planes to block any escape and force them to go forward so they get good shots at the wings and engines.
They armed their weapons and locked on to the engines with the heavy firepower and the wings with the smaller ones.

Dictator Anderson watched the events unfolding with the Scythirian Royal Jet and the Christoniac Airforce. He smiled. There was no way the Scythirian Emperor could avoid being captured...other than dying.

Dictator Anderson began to think about the other nations that had recently begun to join the war as well. They seemed quite against Scythirus. War would probably break out very soon. If it did break out, would Gurian begin to fight? Probably not...Abbadan would fire its missiles and destroy Gurian. The people would be safe because of the bomb shelters, but being underground for a number of years didn't appeal to Dictator Anderson. He wouldn't try to recall the nations either. They were a strategic benefit.

Emperor Garrett announced today that he would be aiding the Gurian allies in the war against the noble Scythurus foe. He decreed that he would be sending in elite forces and many aircraft, yet the numbers are still unknown.

Dictator Anderson watched Gurian satellites and saw the incoming forces, along with the suicide bomber attacks. It was crazy! These small nations were launching an attack against a nation that could easily crush them. They were aware of the nuclear threat to Gurian...they knew that they'd receive no help at all.

They've sentenced themselves to death.

"Fuhrer Strogen Hoffen, our drones are in position just outside the gulf. Our targets are any ships with AA capabilities, and any water mines that can be spotted. After the first wave clears the gulf, the second wave will mop up, while the first waves moves inland. After mop up, the battleship Redeemer and it's fleet will use their cannons to fire on coastal cities. If all goes well, we could have soldiers occupying a town by tommorow. If you agree, just give the word."
"Okay. Go!"

Why did we even get into this war?

A general on one of Scythirus' Polnocny-C Class ships smiled darkly as he watched the approaching naval vessels for the past few hours sink in a violent explosion from the water mines. They never had to fire a single shot save at the incoming planes themselves.

"They're dropping like flies. The fools.... They'll never get through the mine field."

After the attempted incursions finally seemed to cease, KvP-92z watercraft buzzed along the mine field to fire out new ones to occasionally close up forming gaps.

"How are we doing?" the general asked a passing naval soldier.

"Remarkably well... they come in, we blow them up."

"Good...."

Another soldier ran up. "Sir, the radar is picking up subs."

"Subs, eh?" the general sneered. "Trekys tried subs, but they backed off. Fire a few warning missiles into the water to let them know that we know they're there. And relay this order to the other ships. Maybe we'll be lucky enough to hit some of them."

"Yes, sir!" And the soldier ran off.

Meanwhile in the capital of Scythirus, Jihamed, panic spread. Half of the Palace was devastated, and important military bases were blown apart. Casualties numbered in the hundreds and the ever pervasive Scythirian Guard had ordered a lockdown of the entire city. Frantically the rubble of the Palace was searched for the Imperial Family. Only two of Emperor Krildahd Voramix's three daughters were found—dead. Among other bodies were Royal servants and attendants. Krildahd's wife, his infant son, and remaining daughter were assumed to be safe elsewhere.

Soldiers in radioactive gear marched the streets with tanks, the entire city now heavily guarded. All transportation in and out of the country was strictly prohibited, save for the Abadanese military allies.

The K-8 Karakorums were scrambled again, receiving reports of aircraft on radar approaching Scythirus. Sixty of them in total rocketed towards Tarenal's aircraft with orders to bring the planes down and take no prisoners. No warnings would be given anymore.

Emperor Krildahd Voramix's private Royal jet had its wings damaged by the shots of Christoniac's airwings. The pilot tried his best to keep it in the air, but to no avail and it crashlanded in the water—the Indian Ocean—floating without ease. Slowly it would sink, but pressurization would keep the water from leaking in.

"Sir, all of our drones are down, all our resources exhausted, and we can't carry on much longer. Our subs may have sunk a few ships, but our losses are too much. I have ordered our men to fall back, as we are leaving this war uon your command. I am going to take down as many of their ships as possible to protect the surviving forces as they retreeat."
"Good. Our part of this war is over. Our supplies may still be carried to the vieran forces, but no more men will be sacrificed until victory is within reach. When the enemy has more strength than your allies, you must back down. When all the forces are out of the gulf, leave."

500 units of the Elite Naval Guard are being sent to intercept The Confederacy of Javok’s army. These Guard Units comprise of 20 highly trained Marines transported in Armoured Hover Craft (AHCs). While the AHCs themselves are unarmed they are designed to allow up to ten Marines to fire out of the armoured hull and two to fire from an armoured hatch. The hatch allows weapons such as SAM missiles or Mounted Machine guns to be used but it leaves the passengers venerable.

The Middle East will support its own!

The news was broadcasted across the Middle Eastern region from a bunker somewhere in Scythirus. It was inquiring the nation's reaction to the accusation from Catholic Europe that Scythirus was war-mongering. Milhaud Karrakh spoke harshly into the camera.

"The Pope of Catholic Europe is a Western fool! How can our nation be war-mongering when we are on the defensive! Before you accuse such a thing, make sure you have your facts straight. Scythirus is defending its right to exist, fighting off invasion after invasion! We say that Catholic Europe is struggling for excuses of being cowardly and turning their back on the Middle East."

today in local news, the palace of abadon has completely been destroyed, the terrorist involved with the bombing are suspected to be the same terrorist that attacked the military buildings in the sythirus capital. after the attack of the last bombing the terrorist left over were transported to the Abadon country and slept in local hotels for one night. then attacked the palace the next day through abadon traitors inside the government. more on the topic tonight.

Dictator Anderson opened a VERY secure channel to Christoniac. There was no chance of it being intercepted, even less of being decoded within the millennium.

"I want the Scythirian Emperor, but I want it to appear as if I rescued him from you. I am proposing that you allow my commandos to go in and get him to Gurian. This will allow some leverage and may actually end up being a major step toward peace. Send me back your thoughts on this."

Dictator Anderson shut off the channel. He contacted the Gurian Elite Forces and told them to prepare for a rescue operation. The Scythirian Emperor was going to be rescued whether or not Christoniac approved, although the event of that happening would be a very, very final resort.

The Scythirian Guard led Emperor Emperor MacEochagainl from Dictatorship n Strife to a lavish mansion, heavily guarded for his safety, within Jihamed. The mansion was one of the many owned by Emperor Krildahd Voramix for staying whenever he was out of the Palace. They would allow MacEochagainl to reside within it during his stay in Scythirus.

Krildahd cried out as he was injected by the curious liquid, crumpling to a fetal form on the floor.

Gurian Elite Forces entered the room with the Scythirian Emperor. Tranquilizer darts immediately rendered everyone, including the Scythirian Emperor, unconcious. The Gurian Elite Forces quickly injected the Scythirian Emperor with the antidote and carried his crumpled form. They snuck out the base and into a waiting stealth vehicle. With speed they moved toward the coast where a waiting submarine quickly took them and stealthily departed to Gurian.

Dictator Anderson stood over the Scythirian Emperor, sprawled out on a bed. Guards lined the room, but only the absolute most trusted. This was one of the top bases in Gurian and to even be aware of its existence you would have to be extremely trusted, undergoing every single psychological evaluation in the book as well as serving admirably for a very long period of time. Since the Scythirian spy, Gurian's military bases had been locked down much more. It would be nearly impossible for any spy to gain access. The Scythirian Emperor began to open his eyes.

"Don't worry, you're safe here. Your jet was shot down by Christoniac and they captured you. We launched a rescue operation. Just rest. I've realized the greater need for peace, so maybe we could talk later."

Dictator Anderson knelt by his bedside.

Kilov was furious as he paced the room. He was waiting to take his wife, the queen, to a safer place. There was a Devlin peasant revolt and the Gurian loyalists used it as an excuse to start taking over the military and government buildings. Eventually Gurian would investigate and find the real rebellion (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1741520#1741520). They were searching for rabbits but scared the fox. Eventually they would need to come out of their burrow. Such bad timing. It couldn't have been worse. Bennet was trying to lock down the strike force in friendly territory. The loyalists caught the strike force at the staging area. The queen's troops may not make it back in one piece. Mako had already been taken by the loyalists. Haven had to be evacuated of all the vieris (ooc: vieri is loyal to queen, named after the capital city founded as the nation viera's capital) and the vieri military were surrounded in the government buildings in Lotze, hoping to be extracted. Everything was a mess. The only way to avoid total destruction by Gurian was to run. There are two colony ships to depart for Strigen Huegan. He frowned. So unhonorable.

Chen shouted to his men. Something was trying to shoot them down. The pilot tried to bring the blackhawk about to turn back to the ocean, but that would leave the side open to enemy fire. When the bullets started hitting the rotor, they cut to the side and fired back with the mounted machine gun. The helicopter then landed in a clearing, where the other blackhawk and the chinook landed. Chen grabbed the radio and called the Starfire. No answer. He tried calling the Pegasus. The comm officer answered.
"This is Chen."

General T-Yan's depleted forces speed towards Jihamed but encounters forces from Claagen Vogen. The superior forces make quick work of T-Yan's weakened force. The general makes one last communication.

"General Bennet has orders to pull out to Reyn from Admiral Lin himself. Sounds like the war has begun." They both knew what that meant. Chen didn't question him. "Our sensors indicate that you are under fire by loyalist infantry. Hold your position until the 3rd Battalion can extract you."
"What about the choppers?"
"You can try it."
"Good. We'll get out, but one of the blackhawks are damaged. Just have the 3rd cover us."

Gurian forces are not nor have ever attacked Scythirus. We are just talking about it. Our allies, however, are another story.

Gurian-Scythirus Treaty

This treaty has been created for the implicit purpose of ensuring peace between Gurian and Scythirus. Failure for one side to comply with this agreement will allow the other side to take whatever action it feels necessary to prevent other such incidents, even if these actions are in violation of the treaty.

Reconnaissance

No Gurian spies shall be permitted in Scythirus without permission and no Scythirian spies shall be permitted in Gurian without permission. Spies caught may be tried and sentenced by the country that has been spied upon.

Gurian spyplanes shall not be permitted over Scythirus and Scythirian spyplanes shall not be permitted over Gurian. Planes may be shot down should this clause be violated.

Gurian satellites shall be permitted to pass over Scythirus and Scythirian satellites shall be permitted to pass over Gurian. In times of war each nation holds the right to request satellites not to pass over.

Any other type of reconnaissance is not permitted.

Military

Gurian Military is not permitted within 100 km of Scythirus and Scythirian Military is not permitted within 100 km of the Island of Gorlon region. The only exception is if permission is provided.

Gurian and Scythirus shall not attack eachother.

Any attack may be investigated. The other country is expected to comply with this investigation so long as confidential information is not revealled.

Civillian Travel

Each nation shall have the right to determine whether or not to allow citizens of the other nation to enter. They also hold the right to conduct whatever security tests necessary as long as the people are notified before boarding a vehicle.

Amendments

This agreement may be amended with the approval of the government of Gurian and the government of Scythirus.

the country of loxuis has just attacked the country of spellfall. the tarenl allies have paid loxuis to destroy a number of buildings in ythe spellfall country. the buildings were, the palace, 5 military buildings, 3 subway sections, and 4 uranium mining camps. more on the topic tonight.

Emperor Krildahd Voramix read over the newly revised treaty and slowly nodded in approval. "The terms are indeed quite acceptable. Where do I sign?"

The sniper pointed his crosshair on the general of a Scythyrussian army and slowly pulled the trigger as the gun fired the mans face was stuck in his head as the powerful round impacted on the generals head and went clean through it he then ran out of the building like a ghost not leaving any tracks.
When he got to his vehicle he drove off to meet the other forces taking one of the only safe routes out of the country were there were no sea mines he went to sleep and the image was stuck in his head the mans bloody face the smoking skull and the limp corpse.

Dictator Anderson smiled.

"Let there be peace. Also, next time take the submarine out."

He let out a little chuckle.

"I'll be holding a celebration in the palace, you are free to attend."

This is good, really good, and I thank you for that, but what about the nations that are already at war? And why in the name of fuck has Trekys suddenly allied with us after declaring war on us? That's one thing I'm confused about.

Dictator Anderson stepped into the massive ballroom. Armed guards were stationed everywhere. A band played soft music while classy waiters served drinks. Dictator Anderson wasn't sure if the Scythirian Emperor was staying or leaving, but he hoped he'd stay.

Dictator Anderson moved among the numerous groups of high-ranking Gurian officials, smiling. He always enjoyed talking and getting input. Dictator Anderson wasn't a psychotic dictator, he cared about his people. He always went out of his way to get input for what he was doing.

Emperor Krildahd Voramix was leaving. A private Royal jet (the Emperor had owned several) arrived to pick him up. A small squad of Scythirian Guards escorted him into the plane and he sat down comfortably in the private cabin. As the jet immediately took off, he stared at the man who sat across from him in shock. The man who had arrived for the Gurian-Scythirus private peacetalks, captured by Christoniac, and later rescued by Gurian had not been the Emperor of Scythirus* at all. He was a double sent out by the heavily paranoid Krildahd Voramix in case Gurian's peacetalks had actually wound up an assassination attempt.

Now the real Emperor Krildahd Voramix sat across from his double, holding a gun poised. A venomous look stared at him from beyond that large nose and heavy, long beard. "You fool... you could have been exposed when you were captured! If the secret gets out that I use body doubles, who knows how the world would react!"

The double bent down to his knees before the Emperor, "But we made peace. The war's called off!"

"Yes, but you came too close to failing me!"

"My Emperor, I—"

*BANG!*

The double dropped to the floor, a bleeding bullet wound centered on his brow. The Emperor put the gun away as the guards put a blanket over the body.

"First simpleton spies who draw attention to Scythirus, then simpleton body doubles." The Emperor rolled his eyes. "It's a miracle we made it through this one...."

And so the private Royal jet flew safely across the waters in its return to Scythirus. Finally things would get back to normal.....
