Two years ago the Department of Defense made a bold statement considering removing the "Anti" Terror Army, considering remants of the old Annihater government were coming back and because the new government was just unstable. We didnt let these Terrorist "Free". They escaped, due to the Civil War, right now attacking the prison.

Our Local Police is trained to handle these situations. But there is a major problem, the terrorist may escape our to other countries and create even more trouble fot ATA. Thats why we're trying to surround the border of ATA and not let anyone out, unless we inspect Each person.
We have plenty of soldiers surrounding the border, so we just need a Naval Backup and Air Support.
