A car bomb has exploded just outside a crowded nude dancer bar in the Communist Poland city of Krakow today killing most of the people inside, many of whom were soldiers from occupying nations.
A letter found nearby was addressed to the leaders of Whittier, Xerlox, and other occupational forces.
"Leave Communist Poland now or more attack will be conducted against your people."

Ok. You get a base military to civilian rate of 2%. This is a given and a minimum. You get an additional point for having a draft, patriotic citizens, defense spending or increased defense spending. You lose a point if your profile says you have cut defense spending.

Wonder if he's even paying them and providing them with proper supportlike free education, free dental, free housing and clothing, and free health and paying them all a proper wage.
Don't forget he has to pay taxes on them too.
Having such a large army is very expensive.
Don't forget, you'd also have to feed all those people.
