Where does one buy a spacefleet these days?

I have several trillion, 8 to be exact. (Private loans, storefront sales, my economy plus that of my holdings called eigo, ect.) And wish to blow it all on a spacefleet, top of the range and all that. Well actaully, I don't want to spend it all on one as upkeep costs would come back to kill me in about two years... So where can I get a good fleet, with ships that will help said fleet to sustain itself or at least produce something useful?

Nah, I think I might just try designing my own. I have all the basic tech for it.

Yay!

BTW, I'm thinking of making a space ship designing guide soon basically explaining all that stuff about thrust, exhaust, density, mass, velocity, vectors, kinetic energy and fuel efficiency. I'm wondering if that would be useful though to potential ship-builders, so I ask you, would it?

BTW Padmasa, if you need modifications, we can do that for minimal cost.

Gods yes! I need something like this. You might want to show an example like do a step by step build of a small ship to get people into the swing of how it will work to.

If you want to sustain your fleet on long missions, I would suggest investing in some sort of Resupply ship.

I usually don't sell to nations... but if you want i can sell you a few things.

Class: Republic
Type: Supertanker
Length: 312 meters
Mass: 5 million metric tons empty
Crew: 12
Maintenence: 10 years

Weapons: no weapons, 1 meter armored hull

The Supertanker is the backbone of the EB economy. Able to carry pretty much anything... it is used by corporations as well as the Royal Navy. It is very cheap... mostly because its just two armored drums with a small control center attached.

OOC: Oh good lord! Please do. Right now I'm just using the "it works because it does" strategy.
