Today, after 30 years of Reseach and Development, and 10 long years of construction The Federation of Torontonias launched its 3rd Space station:

Although this is Torontonias 3rd Station, it is our first to be able to support major populations, being able to support upwards to 750,000 people.
Its Specs are:
Power: 60% Solar, 30% Nuclear, 10% Waste Recycling (Garbage, Human Waste gets broken down to provide power)
Capacity:
Skeleton Crew: 560
Normail Crew: 1500 + 370,000 Civilians
Maximum Capacity: 7500 Crew + 750,000 Civilians
It is in a High Orbit, circling the world every 3 days
