Decleration of War on Gurian
President Leonard McCoy walks to the podium, getting ready to address his wonderfull nation, The Federation and the world what will happen. While there is no one leader of The Federation, President Leonard McCoy, or Bones has been voted to lead The Federations Army into battle. Now, he clears his throt and begins to talk:
"Two days ago The Federation's council decided to vote, after many hours of chat and disscussion, War was reached as the only answer. The Federation decided to launch war on Gurian for some reasons. One is to show our power, but mostly due to threats. While The Federation asked Gurian before this, he turned us down, saying that he'd go start his own alliance. So we wish to see this new Alliance, and we would love to test it mighty power, that is why today, September 20, 2003, The Federation Declares War on Gurian! We will only rest once we have conformation that his alliance has been crushed or any hopes of making one is crushed. We only wish to have added him into the Federation, so if we win, we will be adding another nation to our wonderfull Federation. We are prepared for a full scale war, but not yet know what the outcome maybe. We hope to see the future, we also hope that Gurian will to. We don't want to destroy them, only get them into a position to choose.....Hopefully this won't be something that we regret............"
And with that, The Federations Ground Forces, Air Force, and Navy are put on High Alert. Once the go ahead is given, The Federation will be put on Red Alert, which mean the war begins and we attack.......

I'm willing to take the referee position, wars are always better when they're played out properly.
I know that there was a "Guys who can Ref Wars" thread somewhere. I'd like to choose one of those guys, if you don't mind.
But you guys have read the military logistics thread and are ready to act against all of that stuff.
I agree that wars are always best when done correctly. I don't have any experience, but I do have RP war experience from elsewhere, so if you need a sub any day, I'm usually around.
I'd help but I wanna wait till my pop. is higher.

I know a lot more than military logistics, I have read and memorized FM 100-5 (U.S. Army Air-Land Battle Doctrine) as well as the OpFor Combat Doctrine (Soviet Union's Strategies).
Plus I have been RPing wars since my nation was a day old. So I know a bit more than your standard RPer.
