I am calling an emergency meeting of the United States Alliance. Post here for discuss (other non members are welcome to voice their views).
The Subject is War on Tisoncia.
It has come to our attention that Tisoncian Special Forces Assasinated the leader of a small developing country because he did not agree with their policies. Therefore the United States of Independent Hitmen, along with other allies, are deciding wether or not a war is necessary. I have posted here to see how many of the United States Alliance Members would suport such an action.

We second the suggestion from Abrams that a peaceful solution be found first. However, we will also not tolerate assasinations of leaders, especially in small countries. Kisnesian troops have been moved from the region around Curvey Island to a base nearer to Tisconia.

Whilst i would also like to see a peaceful conclusion to these events i do not believe that it is possible with Tisoncias current attitude.

The Tisonican high command still denies any responsibility for the attack, and asks anybody to prove that they were in fact the culprit.
We ask NCA members to come clean and admit how they have lied to the public, and staged this assasination just to have an excuse to invade Tisonica.
OOC: If you want to invade me you have to get a better excuse, making a puppet and having him claim I was the assasinator is just stupid.

Oh come on, you don't actually believe I would T-Gram Jeff Mcnelly, telling him I assasinated his president, and then deny it? I never said anywhere that I assasinated his president, he just made it up. So I suggest you get a better reason, or just admit that the NCA doesn't like me, everyone knows it, and honestly, I'm suprised you guys haven't invaded me sooner.

Well, there is Dark Terror, Belem, and Allanea. None of them really like me because I point out goddmoddery in thier weapons and step in when they invade people to protect people.
And then, Fantasan REALLY hates me. All you have to do is go to the UN forum to see why. And this may be a ploy to distract me from repealing the Common Sense Act, I'm just waiting for a mod response before I submit it.

DIPLOMATIC COMMUNIQUE
The Republic of Goobergunchia condemns in the strongest possible terms the assassination of President McNelly. However, there is no independent evidence showing that the Tisonican government was in any way connected to this attack. We find the claim of the Most Serene Republic of Jeff McNelly to be dubious and possibly connected to the Tisonican opposition to the Common Sense Act II resolution. Until further proof is given or Tisonica admits to the attack, we will provisionally designate participants in any attack on Tisonica as aggressor nations in this matter. Obviously, if Tisonica is conclusively shown to be behind this attack, it would be the aggressor.

And I don't see how you can declare war on Tisconia...that nation does not exist.
