United States sides with West Ukraine
We demand RF's withdrawal from West Ukraine.
We are sending 500,000 combat troops to help the West Ukrainian people at their request.
If RF continues his genocide of the Ukrainian people, he will pay a very heavy price for his outlaw behavior.

AS the arbitor in charge of RF/West Ukraine peace negotiations we have the following to say:
1. If West Ukraine calls on the help of South Pacific or any other nation during the negotiation period then it would immediately annul its acceptance of the tentative agreement, and would cause all peace negotiations to end.
2. We request that South Pacific not get involved unless it is called on to do so by a belligerent.
