The Biggest Party in NS history is happening as we speak in Independent Hitmen. The Party to Celebrate the birth of the 1 billionth Citizen has been going on for nearly 4 hours now, and everybody is thoughrally drunk already! Delegations from many countries both allies and friendly are here and enjoying the revelrey.
