Due to telegrams from West Ukraine, we announce a new mucher stronger relationship between our countries. All polish troops in West Ukraine have been given permission to use Ukrainian territory to launch attacks on Russia and other enemies of Poland.

I offered West Ukraine a much better deal and CP was not able to counter it.
