Over the past year, a growing tension had been growing between two rival groups, both bastardized by the Resi Corporation's government, but both alive and hungry for power. The very nature of these groups dictates that one day the two would meet in open conflict, and that only one group would emerge alive.

That day has come.

The Resi Chapter of the Ku Klux Klan has been beaten down on numerous occasions by the robotic police, which has only served to make them Luddites in addition to their alarmingly racist beliefs. The KKK employs such redneck weapons as shotguns, molotov cocktails, and "hunting" assult rifles, and have numbers vastly on their side. They speak for the eradication of all things not white, protestant, and human, and that includes the Black Cats and every Discordian in Resi.

The Black Cat Group, however, is looked upon as the lesser of the two evils by the government. They speak to destroy or deport every human in the Resi Corporation, leaving only catpeople to rule over a purrfect {sic} empire. They have technology on their side, with energy weapons and even a few reprogrammed robots that they have brought into their fold. Their numbers are inferior, however, which may prove to their disadvantage.

Both sides have requested that a large area of the Resi City slums be quartered off for a good old fashioned gang war. Now the Resi City government, sensing a good opertunity to kill one of these two groups and severly weaken the other, has quartered off an already abandoned area of buildings that are a hideout to the Cyberpunk Movement, who has threatened bloody retaliation. It is suspected that they will try and defend the more prominent buildings from invaders.

R-Bots have garrisoned the exits, and have agreed to let the winning party leave unscathed.

There will be about 24 men in total, and they can stay as long as you need them.

Kevin looked over the new report of the activities in Resi, and decided what the hell, the new home government was kicking his ass enough anyways, so it was time to get out. He sent an email to both groups, jsut to see who would pck up on him first.

My country hates the KKK (even though Americans Only is a WASP dominated nation) and the Black Cats or panthers or whatever.

Americans Only does not give a damn who wins this dispute. White Supremicy sucks and Affirmitive Actoin sucks, so as long as as a decent compromised is made, Americans Only, and her allies, Wallaceland and Drew82 will stay out of this dispute.

The government of Mef has nuetrality towards the Black-Cats, as not too much information at the moment is availible on the organization. However, as the the DSM has no official stance on the KKK, they are considered the bottom of the society in the Democratic States. Most citizens openly oppose the Ku Klux Klan, and the legal system in Mef is biased against them.

However, we should be availible if the government of the Resi Corperation ever need us in the conflict. We will try to keep an eye on the situation.

Resi, the Star League government would like to help the Black Cats in this fight. We request the total number of KKK personel so that we can send half their number in battlearmor.

My nation wouldn’t have anything to do with gang war fair in another country… unless it annoyed us or something. So instead I’ll give you a couple options and ideas on what we can do:

Idea 1: I can RP a small group of Bat Cats led by a middle rank member of the gang. Some of them are fanatical, others are just naïve and new to the movement, kittens if you will.

Idea 2: I can send in a smaller group of Black Vipers Specialist who need field real battle experience (which is a big problem in Iuthia, a nation which hasn’t been at war for 100 years). However, these are well-trained men, specialized in a big way in one subject and specialized slightly on a range of other subjects. The side… well, depends on who needs the muscle, though I would prefer the Black Cats.

I will go for this option, which I will design in a little while. Basically we'll have a hacker, couple of grunts, leader, some punk kittens and a specialist of some kind. A group no bigger then 10-11...

I will have 3 groups of 8, and 2 APCs. That means there will always be at least one team in the field. Also, I will have Cyphers with the NRA guys to aid them in supporting fire and to work as cannon fodder.

OOC: There's about 10,000 of the KKK, and 8,000 of the Black Cats. The Cyberpunk Movement has about 1,000 people in the area that are just intent on pecking off the weak and defending their buildings. However, none of you know this unless you've corresponded with one of the groups.

Once we get two of three people supporting the KKK, we'll start the fight.

The dropships started their descent into the atmosphere above Resi, their landing zone just outside the city. After a couple hundred seconds the dropships made as smooth a landing as could be expected of such behemoths. After a minute or so the bay doors lowered and the battlearmor clad troopers filed out. To someone unused to seeing such things the suits looked strange and physically imposing, especially since a good number of the men and women did not have their helmets on and that just served to underscore the bulkyness of the suits.

The Colonel commanding the regiment that had just disembarked from the now taking off dropships started giving orders as soon as his troopers were all on solid ground, "Let the Resi Corp. know we're here and get me in contact with the leader of the Black Cats and do it yesterday."

As the black cats, what kind of weapons can we expect?

I'm going to be fighting hard, but injuring very little on the war front becuase I'm only RPing 10 people, not a regiment. The idea being that I'm going to play a small group fighting, dying and generally have a big gang war with gang weapons and tactics.

I can already here the cries "Kit Wittington*... NOOOOooooooo!" along with other lines like "Oh crap oh crap oh crap" while they run for cover.

Be the looks of things, I'm going to have to watch out for these reinforcements... which reminds me, are they cats, or will I have to go sick on them once they've finished helping me... or better yet, if I find a injured human, I'll probably finish him off and claim it was the other guys.
