The Communist Poland government has hired international assassins to kill the leaders of Russian Forces, Romania, Watertest, Dark Terror, and all other nations joined with the evil Whittier to attack our peaceful nation.
We will kill their leaders and force them to peace table.
We are paying 30 billion dollars for each national leader that is killed.
We are also interested in hiring suicide bombers.

$30 billion is a lot to pay for one leader. Especially since it won't make much of a difference.

True, that will just make them turn around, install a new leader, and crush you completely...at least that's what I'd do if I was in their shoes.

I will send over the 1st Sniper Regiment. This regiment acts independently even from eachother and will not only kill leaders, but officers of all grades.
I will send them for a flat price of 500 million + you have to supply them w/ additional ammo. No more cost, just 500 million.
True, that will just make them turn around, install a new leader, and crush you completely...at least that's what I'd do if I was in their shoes.
How ironic that seems to be exactly how Whittier is responding to the assassination of its leader.
Whittier's leader was assasinated? I didn't know that...I was just saying that assasination may not be the way to go.
