The irony of teh matter is, we have already acquired these plans from Attican Empire anyway. However, we recognise this offer, and thankyou greatly. This will be considered a great boost in McLeodian-Omzian relations.

The actual motive that motivated this move is aside from "courtesy to ACS", ironically, but we thank yu for your courtesy.
The reason for this "suprise move and pullback" is not known, some suspect it as a part of a psylogical warfare with Attican Empire.
