Vicious Communists begin a space program.
The small Nation of Vicious communists has completed the design of a primitive liquid fueled three stage rocket. The rocket's payload is little more than the nation's first telecommunications sattilite. Which means Vicious communist's people's will be able to communicate outside the country more easily. The Government has also announced plans to begin manned space flight as soon as they can gather the funds.

NO WAY can you have a space program, our economy is frightening and we have more than a billion people but we still only have just devoped a conventional space shuttle.

A three-stage liquid fueled rocket is not as powerful or efficient as a space shuttle. The government of Chitzenia advises the United Elias government to do more research before condemning other nations.

so it may not be complicated but its hardly something you can build in a garage. Also even if they can build a rocket i doubt they could engineer it to launch a satellite, or even build a satellite in the first place.

A three-stage liquid fueled rocket is not as powerful or efficient as a space shuttle.
It is also more complicated and potentially dangerous for inexperienced nations. Just look at what happened in Brazil. The VC should start with single-stage rockets and work their way up as they gain experience... the way most other countries that don't just buy the technology off do it.
Officially, the Federation hopes that the VC will use this development for peace and enlightenment... not the further perpetration of tyranny against its people.
