If you're not for Whittier then you are against Whittier and Whittier is fully justified in attacking you.

I plead neutral. This is not my war.

Just to tempt Whittier, Neo-Wu will be neutral on this conflict, mainly because we have no idea what is going on, nor do I care.

That would be hardly logical. Any country that does not take a side is assumed to be neutral. It would be like declaring war on the universe.

1) I was in another war against him
2) He threaten me
3) He launched ICCM's(Cruise missiles) at my nation

It wouldnt be in your interests to attack for many reasons:

1. You would open a multi-front war
2. You would be subjected to attack by allies of whoever you attack
3. You would lose credibility to your cause, not that you do.
4. You could be cut off and sorrounded at any point.
5. You already have your hands full with CP

I will not give asylum but as you should know I have sent troops for his defence although I have no declared war. They are under my control but they barely have anymore lineage to my nation. They are now basically mercenaries under the command of the supplier.

The GLA is nuetral, we wont harbour terrorists because our borders are closed.

Although, we do not agree with the black and white strategy of "You're with us or your against us" we fully support whittier for these reasons:

1. CP Is commiting genocidial acts upon peoples for no reason other than paranoia by government officials

2. He involves himself in disgusting atrocties by conducting terrorist attacks, and assasinating government officials.

3. He is disgracing the word Communist by using racist, genocidial laws and practices.

If he launched nuclear missiles at Melkor Unchained you would support him, hell you would probably support him if he launched missiles at you.

We're neutral, and any request by Communist Poland's leadership for asylum will be dealt with like any other request. Any attempt by Whittier to interfere will be viewed as an act of severe lunacy, and scorned immensely.
