Our country has neglected ($0 funding) a space program since it was created. Nonetheless, this has created great problems, as it took our scientists days to identify something in the sky was spying on them.

We request information on how space works, space technology, space concepts, et cetera, so we can inform our scientists.

Space technology is a very confusing thing. Most of the weaponry we use on earth won't work in space. Such as regular bullets, no gravity, so no firing :) As well as the issue of no oxygen to create the small blast to fire the bullet. FTL drives are suggested. As well as plasma or cold fusion powered engines.

We dont want weapons tech. We just want knowledge about space and technology (modern tech) that is used in space, as we have no knowledge of it ourselves.

That was regular tech ideas. I was merely stating that anything requiring a jumpstart from a blast, or a blast to use will not function in space, unless it has been launched from earth at extreme speeds.

Good solid propulsion systems with modern day tech. Dunno if thats what you want, but ICly I'd have nothing for you since I'm not a "sharing" kind of nation.

Sigh, I am not personally asking for information. I am RPing for information for my countries scientists, since MY country, in NS, has no space technology whatsoever, not even space knowledge. I personally do. I simple want RP information so i can give it to my scientists. Just say "I have shipped all of our information to you" or something.

Guns aren't used in space because of their recoil, not because they won't work. In space if you shot a gun you would go flying back unless you were braced against something that is large enough to absorb the shock of firing.

Think about it, why would gunpowder(which, like all explosives, contains and oxidizer) in a sealed copper case be affected by whether or not their is air around the airtight container?

An M1 or an AK 47 however should work just fine, blasting caps contain their own oxidizer, which sparks the gunpower, again, self-oxidizing. BANG! Bullet fires.

Soviet: In my country, however, we like to use special space muskets. We could have modern weaponry, but we just have too many nostalgiac idiot bureaucrats. No blasting caps. We solved the problem by attaching big air tanks. Now we just have to figure out how to load the muskets in space.
