I wish to announce that I, along with a number of associates and members of the Edolian government, have founded a new organization known as Marxist International. This organization, destined for true greatness is designed to protect Marxist and Communist ideology around the world and safeguard our beliefs from those who would seek to force their will upon the proletariat. Using a large grant given to us by the Edolian government, we have begun to set up schools and universites in countries around the world and several newspapers have been issued in various countries. In the future, with the help of grants and donations from governments and private individuals, Marxist International hopes to expand its capacity. I envision schools and training camps built for the warriors of Marx to be trained. From Marxist International shall someday come the International Army of Marx; a force based in Edolia designed to protect our Socialist brethren from the scourge of international Capitalism. I call upon all men, women and governments who believe in the ideals set forth by Marx in his Manifesto to help support our organization. Good day, comrades.

We would love to build a relationship with the Marxist Pact and belive that such a relationship would be to the advantage of both parties.

Sounds rather similar to the Haaregradian based Fifth International.
