Second Colossus Completed!

That is correct, the GAJ (Galactic Alliance Juggernaut) Colossus has been completed, two years ahead of schedule!

Earlier today the engines were given their final shakedown and the ship left spacedock, embarking on a three hour tour of nearby GA systems.

The ship performed beautifully and has so far experienced no probelms in either ship or crew.

The Colossus will be stationed at the GA base in Ross128, but in between refits, refueling, and restaffing, it will be on constant patrol throughout all known GA systems, hopefully preventing and defending against any future incursions.

A glorious day for the GA!

OOC: This is the GA's first Colossus (The other one is MINE!).

It is a GA ship, not mine, so other GA nations may feel free to use it in their RP's (but please don't have it be to seriously damaged or destroyed, we want the others to have a chance to use it)

It will be staffed by citizens of every GA nation, it will not merely be a Klonor gun being held in the GA armory.

Mmmhhhh... weaponry? I want to see if it's comparable to my SpeedStream Homeworld class ship :) In size, especially!

This Colossus sports:

12 Advanced Heavy Beam Cannons (copyrighted Klonor/GA tech)
45 Advanced Laser Turrets (copyrighted Klonor/GA tech)
12 Advanced Missle Towers (copyrighted Klonor/GA tech)
15 Advanced Flak Guns (copyrighted Klonor/GA tech)
240 Fighter Capacity

6,750 Kilometers in length.

This ship has taken 8 years to complete with the entire GA backing it up (that's over 50 nations).

Alone, it took Klonor 20 years to build.

It has more firepower than seven (that's right, seven) Orion class Destroyers.

This has been the GA's largest ever built ship.

I thought all weaponry one had was automatically belonged to the GA upon entry.

Actually no. Everybody thinks that. If people will read the constitution, it specifically states that any tech invented before you join the GA is the sole property of it's posessor, shared only at his/her wishes.

Only any tech invented after you join the GA is automatically donated.

Although I did donate all my tech to be nice (that's why it says copyright Klonor and GA, it means that GA members can use it)
