Confederate lands will be readmitted as if they are freshly conquered lands and all their citizens are no longer citizens of Whittier but can now be treated as foreigners.
All foreigners must give all property they own.
Any slaves you own must be freed immediately.
You will be ruled by a military governor as you are now a conquered nation.
