To the people of the West Pacific and the World,
In light of the threat to Pantocratorian security posed by the recent threats made by the antipope Pious XIV of the True Holy See, the Holy Empire of Pantocratoria has deployed troops to the West Pacific, where they will engage in war games with Pantocratorian allies to both prepare for possible attacks out of the West Pacific against our nation, and to demonstrate to the True Holy See that the legions of the Holy Empire of Pantocratoria are always ready to defend her against foreign attacks.
These war games are a peaceful military exercise designed to increase our readiness for possible wars in the future. They are not hostile in nature. This communique has been sent to all members of the international community to stress this point!
The Holy Empire of Pantocratoria would like to invite all nations which have in the past pledged their military support, or a desire to participate in these war games, to join us. To all other nations, to discuss the possibility of your joining in this exercise, please send an envoy to our nation to discuss it with Pantocratorian officials, and to establish diplomatic ties.
