1) rapid production of ships of the line and destroyers to moblise a 1st 2nd 3rd fleet the buliding of carriers to carry fighters to the frontline the buliding of military outposts in the Reaper system to allow the swift moblisation of ground troops for an invasion of Reaper space
2) Scientists are working on Bio and Neuro toxins to be used against the reapers ships via missile delivered systems they are living thus can die from living materials and virus's
3)Cloning vats are being commendeered by Scientist DR N to produce a breed of super soldier so that our forces can match the reapers hive troopers in battle as well as backing up our peacekeeper marines if it grinds down to a planetwide fight
The location of the Reapers homeworld is of thus unknown but reports put it in the epsilion Urani system a exploration ship has been sent there and we expect live pictures of the Reaper Homeworld any day now this is when the primary phase will begin with a fighter attack on any Reaper installations near the border of their space
