Obviously, this guy needs a war. He's totally spammed up my inbox with crap like that. He also copied the dumb telegram you get at the beggining and asked mods to sticky it! Then he copied a sticky and made a new one of it called GUIDE FOR NOOBIES. Great. He copied it WORD FOR WORD. This has too be stopped. Unless any of you want total spam (which is probably going to happen) and a forum page of copied anouncements and stickys. This n00b must be stopped befor it is too late!

We are scouting his land for a good landing area.

I'd help if I thought it'd do any good. But, as you said, he's new to this whole thing and I don't think stomping on him would do a helluva lot of good. Besides, spamming is an OOC offense rather than an IC one.
