Orion Destroyer for hire
"Attention all "space nations" in this universe. Me and my crew have been transported here from a paralell universe where the entire human race has been wiped out by the Shivans. We hope to amass a giant armada and return to take back our worlds, but we know that will take a long time. It probably shall not even be accomplished in our lifetimes, but we must start on the path.
However, there are more immediete needs. Such as food, weapons, and supplies for our ship.
All of the support that we had in our own universe no longer exists and we have no home dock here. We will soon run out of food and ammunition. So, after a vote by the crew, the GTD Bastion, an Orion class Destroyer crewed by the elite of the Galactic Terran Alliance, is hereby announcing that we are now a "mercenary" ship. For a small, or large, fee we shall perform those duties required by your nation that you are unable to perform.
We shall serve well, and serve loyally.

Organai, we thank you for your offer, yet the Jitano offer of an entire world to base off of is much more beneficial. We will think of you once we have rebuilt the GTA.

GTD Orion
The mother of all Terran ships. Measuring a frightening 2.1 kilometers in length, the cost to build one of these far outweighs the cost of paying its crew for 3 years. There is no more important symbol of Earth Pride than a ship like the Galatea or the Intrepid cruising past a colonized planet, patrolling the system and ensuring safety.
In the course of the 14 year war, very few Orions were lost, but each resulted in a major defeat for the GTA. Knowing an Orion is passing through one’s home system makes the civilians feel safe, but a prolonged tour is an ominous sign. Where these ships wander, war is certain to follow.

As a side note, the Bastion was fitted with the newest in experimental weapons and technology before leaving spacedock on our final mission. We also have the Harbinger warhead onboard and are armed with the new "Beam Cannon". We shall use both only in defense and the help of others.

the planet in question as base of operations houses a small colony thereon, your ship might be called upon(i'll telegram you) when it is necessary to fight, you will be joining two imperial class star destroyers when we do, in less than a month they will be joined by another stardestroyer, and a super star destroyer to round out the fleet
