I've been talking with the Minister of National Defense and we think that we can cooperate with you.
We want to install an air base on your country, for 2500 men and 300 Fighters.
In exchange we may offer the protection of you air space and we may supply your armmed forces with M-16H model rifles.

And, please, keep your weapons, if there's one thing we've less than air it's military. Our "armed forces" are so-called watchmen, they carry electrostunners, as they double as rangers.
