What happened to war between CommunistPoland and WestUkraine?

I had troops in Sardinia, Sicily, and CommunistPoland.
If the war's over what do I do with my troops?

Last I remember was me, south pacific and watertest had started to RP an air battle.
But WU has already surrendered.
