The Opressed Peoples of Boogaboo has poured over 100 billion dollars into a Republican Guard. Since the nation has no intention of ever sending troops to foreign lands the troops will be for defensive purposes. They are experts in urban and guerilla warfare and will sacrifise themselves for their government.
