The Communist Alliance of nations is proud to welcome a new brother to the international community.
The soverign people's republic of Communist Sardinia.
We call on Watertest and other capitalist nations to accept and respect Sardinian independence and Soverignty.
In return, we will pull out all communist forces from Sicily and other parts of Watertest. All communist nations will abide by this agreement if Watertest accepts it.
If not, we will move as one entity to protect Sardinian soverignty.

We accept the ambassadors from our fellow communist nations.
But we must request the stationing of commie troops on our territory as we have received telegrams from nations in the invasion squad threatening to invade our lands.

If your region didn't have a founder I'd be invading it.

I would nuke him but I'll let Watertest take care of it.
