we will take action if someone attacks one of our neighbors, or allies, or if we get strong enough to host an invasion. Our military forces are only for defense and heavy air support... we have only a little ground capability.

But, at our current strength, we could do significant damage to nearly any nation, but we have little or no ability to control a nation bigger than ourselves.

Actully cOmmuists don't care all that much about if ou are havign democrati elections or dictators, BUT we do care if you're capitalist or not.
