Scientists in FPC are working around the clock to manufacture FPC's first rocket propelled war head. Here are some info on the rocket itself:

Height : 30 metres
width: 3 metres
velocity: up to 700 Km/hour
maximum distance available: up to 70 Km
impact: can destroy a radius of 400 metres

Money is needed. Every naton that will help in the enginering of this rocket will get some when it is finished.

We will donate 5bil USD to support this developement, but we do not require anything in return.

So i take it this is some sort of artillery rocket?

If it is then your stats are all well out.

A rocket 3m in diameter is going to have to be a lot longer. 10m is about right for a 1m diameter rocket (and this moves things into a more criuse missile type weapon or an anit shipping weapon).
Your speed is totaly off 70kmph is too slow for the rocket to even take off, try at least 10-20times that.
Range is rediculous for such a big missile try at least 75km
impact: would vary with the exact warhead is this to carry a cluster weapon or a hard target attack warhead?

I'll provide $6billion of funding if you can answer these concerns.

To Mondia: the prototype sohuld be finished in a couple of days top. I will post more details about the lauching of the prototype.

To Crookfur: I changed the stats. about the warhead, I basically want the impact to create a huge explosion of fire and shrapnels.

You need to refine it a bit more, you need to think about what you are targeting with your: "huge explosion of fire and shrapnels" and what sort of engagament profile you want (medium range tactical support, long range strategic attacks) and if this is giuded ie are you going for a ballistic missile like a scud or a terrain following weapon like a tommahawk.

You have your funding, i'm just trying to help.

1st prototyp test of rocket-

Today, scientists gave the signal to lauch the prototype of FPC's first rocket. At 9:10, the truck carrying the missile arrived near one of FPC's coast. The scientist made their last-mintues changes and began the countdown. 30 seconds later, fire spread out of the end of the rocket and the missile went airborn. For the first couple of seconds, all went well. The rocket was going directly towards the designated water space and the speed was ok. Then, the rocket prematurely exploded. It had exploded just metres in front of the target. Nonetheless, this was a success. The scientist went back to the labs to prepare the next prototyp lauch wich was scheduled for tomorrow.
