Yes, get 'em while you can, we have five plots right next to Dontgonearthe Castle. One 20,000 GLAcreds can buy you a plot perfect for your embassy, the sites are all located on the hill under the Castle, with excelent views of G'oaways many square concrete block apartments and rectangular concrete factories, beyond that enjoy the scenic view of the endless wasteland through a dust covered dome.

You can keep up to 250 troops in you embassy, and light armoured vehicles, but no tanks or artillary :P

Yes, we have lots of open space in G'oaway International Seaport, as well as on shore berthing for crews, no doubt they will appreciate the scenic underbelly of G'oaway :)

Those of you using space fleets, we have docking facilities on our Skyhook platforms, though there is a ten minut elevator ride back to Earth, you will be supplied with a minibar and local cable, and if your lucky a monkey knife fight.

in the interests of diplomacy, Falastur would like to purchase some land for an embassy....upon completion, we would send in a our ambassadorial team along with 150 troops (just in case....), with some light armoured vehicles, and a (small) number of gunboats and other small-scale ships...for pretty much the same reason as lapse....

We of the Holy Empire of Kiith Furio, are greateful for aiding our earthbase during the time of crisis and are willing to buy a piece of land to establish an embassy to further strenghten political relationships.

(The price is due to a lack of space, the area outside the city domes is rather inhospitable, its not toxic or radioactive or any such thing, its just that people dont like sand blowing at 50 MPH in their face)

OOC: Well, we have loaned your workers our Nanobuild tech, so your embassy is probobly done by now, the furnishing is up to you though, since it would take forever to program each individual chair, painting, and assorted acoutrament)

Our construction team consists of 2 construction vehicles and 75 construction workers.

When the construction team is finished our embassy will be staffed by an ambassadorial staff of 25 and 100 soldiers with 8 light scout vehicles (unarmed) and 4 light defense vehicles (12cal. 6 barreled mounted gun)

having finished furnishing, as well as appointing senior staff, cluing up on your national diplomatic processes and (due to Dontgonearthere's fear of weapons hidden in fruit), packing chocolate instead of apples, my ambassadorial staff have arrived by Falastur official Boeing transport planes.

He only has 5 plots of land, so you cant buy more then one.

Bah, very well. Does the plot of land allow for unlimited vertical contruction? Ie, either a very tall building or an underground one?

You can build to within 30 feet of the inner dome, which is about 250 stories up. With a special permit we can arrange a structure that goes THROUGH the dome, but its rather expensive and will take some time.

On another point, several local dissenters have been arrested, their homes are now avalible for housing of families or personel you dont want to keep in the embassy, or if you want to, you can buy the plot and clear it for construction.

Also, some DGNT domes have expanded, and are now selling further plots of commercial and industrial purposes. The typical fees are as follows:
1 year buisness liscense: 50 GLACREDS
Tax: Varies, see DGNTs description page.
Water/electricity fees also apply unless you generate your own power/water.

We would like one of your Commercial/Industrial plots also.
