Yes, it is a very sad story indeed. A bomb found at our capital building, Omega, on our first day, could have killed everyone within the Omega building. Two simple air force pilots, pilots of the squadron leader airplane of our F-16DATA squadron, came upon a large black box hidden behind a door. The pilots immediatly recognized the strong smell from the box to be explosives, and immediatly called for a building evac and a bomb squad. The end result is: One bomb squad member is in the hospital under immediate attention after nearly dying from the inhalation of the toxic fumes from the bomb. The capital building is now safe again, and is being outfitted with tighter security. The two pilots will be given a gold medal of honor, for saving over three thousand lives.
