Why do you wish a war?
You must have a valid reason surely?
I think you should think of all the innocent people in your nation and your adversaries, before you proceed down the despicable path that leads to war.

If it is because of problems your nation is having, Then let the UN discuss it and I am positive all the responsible nations of the world will be happy to assist you. However if you start a war for no reason, then that action will allianate you and result in sanctions being imposed (probably)
