Hereby is a notice, and ultimatum, to Rukemia.

1) Rukemia has unjustly threatened the nation of New Genoa, an ally of the Star League, with war
2) In said threat, Rukemia has threatened the use of Gravships in a manner inconsistant with a standing treaty between itself and a member nation of the Star League, Scandavian States

The Star League hereby declares that any attack upon New Genoa by Rukemia will be met with force by the Star League. Furthermore, any use of Gravships in an offensive action against New Genoa will be seen as a breach of a standing treaty with Scandavian States and as such any Gravships belonging to Rukemia will be forfeit. Further action beyond the destruction of the Gravships may be taken at the Star League's discression.

To avoid these consequenses the Star League, and specifically Scandavian States, asks the nation of Rukemia to return to peace.

Of course, we will not use our gravships offensively just to honor this treaty, as far as everything else in our arsenal goes, well thats another story.

On an unrelated note, Tahar Joblis asked today for permission to add a small aboveground complex to the RCSC.
