Today it was revealed to the East Pole media that an East Polish man, who can not be named for legal reasons, had indeed bitten a short haired terrier in direct contravention to the Dog Biting Act of '71. The man has been questioned and he will be charged with canecide, a crime still punishable by the death sentence.
As the man was taken away by the proper authorities a dog came up to him and bit his leg. The man is quoted to have then said "Ouch."
The dog made no further comment.
