In the wake of the war with The United States of New Empire, The Markovian government has been severely weakened and therefore can do little to help the war-torn nation of Markov. Today, September 12 at about 4:30 PM Markov's worst fears came true: a rebellion. General Olsen, sensond in comand of the Markovian military took control of the remaining Markovian troops from the war and stormed the Presidential building in southern Sparta (the capital of markov). They asassinated the entire Presidential family as well as the New Empirian ambassador. This was caught on a video camera in the Presidential building: "We are the Black Hand! We exist to rid Markov of it's corrupt government and leaders! Peackeeping soldiers in Markov WILL be attacked" MARKOV WILL FALL TO THE BLACK HAND REGIME!" The attackers then put this image in front of the video cam.:

Since that attack there have been numorouse others. Some reports we've been given say that there have been attacks on Markov in our northern most city:New Athens. Police porces have been scrambled all around Markov to deal with these bombings.

Attacks all over Markov are being reported now. Please. This is a distress signal. We have nothing to fight the Black Hand with........*static*............
