I am looking to join a region that has protecitve alliances and hates Nazis.

Join the north pacific, i hate nazis and so do most other people, i think
Join our region, its not to big to be drowned out with other nations talking; but its big enough to protect us.

Join : Emperors alliances. We protect each other and we don'T like nazis.
You may find my region acceptable. I provide protection for all nations in my region. Once within my domain, you are guaranteed immunity from unjustly hostile nations. Nazis are not liked, but will be tolerated so long as they keep their big mouths shut.
