On behalf of the newly created Republic of Hasen, I wish to inform any state considering locating an embassy here that they are more than welcome on the proviso that they are not involved in the persecution of their own citizens and abuses of civil and human rights.
Any nation shown to be abusing such rights will have their application to set up an embassy or consulate rejected.
Alos, it is the intention of Hasen to bring about a New World Order of progressive, liberal states that would supplant the huge number of regions that seem to have become established. The number is far too many in our humble view.
