The lesser human is a classification Homosapiens
Genetically creating us, the Hypersapiens, the lesser humans hoped to breed a wonderful advanced race.
We enslaved them.
All lesser humans are now genetically lobotomized, there are few (about 400) un-altered lesser humans. They are our workers.
We have an incredible country, due to the fact that Hypersapiens never have to work.

OOC2: Also, why not Homo superior? Genus' usually refer to a trait, Homo meaning Human-like. Hyper means lots of energy really.
