The Rouge Nation of Southern Industrial's government only does one thing: Build a military. Otherwise its pure anarchy.
However, we are a splinter state of Revised Capitalism, a former december nation with respectable technology.
Which brings me to my point: Our predessecor had a huge industrial complex, and fantastic military applications of this industry. However, SI is yet a young nation and its industries haven't devoloped yet. So here's my proposition: I share some of the tech, espicially our nuclear missles, and you (being an established industrial power) produce a supply of the tech to us.
