High School Uprising

11-09-2003, 17:44
Earlier today, the Minister for Education, and the Minister For Pre-Emptive Defence announced in a joint statement that a 2,000 pupil school in central Inhambane had been at the centre of a violent uprising.
Students took control of the school during a Politics lesson, during which they applied in a practical experiment that which they had learnt over the past term about revolutions and uprisings.
This is all part of the newly-revised Politics course, introduced last year. The uprising will count towards 45% of the students grades; the rest of the course has already been completed.
Mitchum Beller High School's headteacher, Mrs T Trestle, today said:
"Oh, I expect my students to all get very good grades this year. Now get me the hell out of here! Honey I love you!"
The Minister for Education predicted grades of A or B for all students, except Olivia Burnum, who neglected to bring in firearms to the practical, as requested.
Her parents said they are disappointed that the Education Ministry had been so inflexible.
The Ministry of Pre-Emptive Defence's spokesperson, Miss Emily Townstart, said in a statement that the government's lawyers would be pushing hard for the death penalty for all the students.
