Be it that the APTO will decide the fate of Markov.
-A Non-Aggression Pact will be signed
-Possible restrictions on Space and Military forces
-Possible Peacekeeper Presence

Today, Markov surrendered to New Empire, when beaten down to bare bones at their capital of Sparta.

News is scarce, but more information is soon to follow.
As the President of the Republic of Markov i agree to everything in that treaty BUT the restrictions on Space and Military forces.

It is not your place to decide. There WILL BE RESTRICTIONS, I guaruntee you that. You are in no place to be defying us. We will not give you the oppurtunity to seek revenge with space weaponry. There will also be restrictions on nuclear weapons.

That is to be decided. But possibly even longer than G-corp's, since you actually declared war, not threatened to. Do not expect this to be easy on your military, remember, you have lost.
Proposed Restrictions
-Army under 500,000
-No military space assets (Includes armed satellites).
-No WMDs.
You will not have to be in Peacekeeping, but will be restricted as such.
-An APTO coaltion Peackeeping force will remain in Markov, along with restriction, until decided by the APTO.

As a member of APTO, I'll contribute only to the Peacekeeping Corps in terms of logistics (cargo aircraft, refuelling, resupply etc) but will supply no forces to the Peacekeeping Operations.
Elara will contribute Elarian Peacekeeping Divisions. As for the restrictions Ill put my 2 cents in on a secure line.
I would like to know how long these restrictions will remain on me.

Fine then. Any violations will result in a puppet government being set up to control your nation, and a second will make it permanent.

I will now attempt to make my first ruling as an Arbiter. Let's see how this works.
Markov shall agree to all terms in the agreement posted in the first post. The restrictions shall only apply to the recosntruction of all forces; all existing military and space that have survived the war shall remain intact.
In addition, the country of Markov will be forbidden to post in a conflict thread for 5 months (5 real life days)after Peacekeeper occupation has ended, as his forces will be in far too much disary to take any action. NO military action shall be taken by Markov during occupation.
The country of New Empire shall also be barred from posting in conflict threads for 3 months (3 real life days), starting now. His armies will be too weakened to fight after this conflict, and will be busy occupying and withdrawing from Markov. New Empire will also pay 1 billion USD to compensate families of civilians killed in the conflict, and to start rebuilding Markov.
All resources of Markov are open to New Empire to be reposesed. New Empire may take up to 50% of Markov's GDP.
Official Arbitration by Arbiter Yoshi
This may be negotiated. However, I reserve the right to stand by my ruling. If either party desires, they may appeal to the Arbiter High Court.

Weakened? Hardly. I have already pulled out of Markov, when the Elarians came in, we left. Our forces are ill suited to occupation. Besides, a war is coming up, possibly invaision, and I began withdrawal of military forces awhile ago. However, the aid workers and 1 Division (ONE) of infantry will remain in Markov to keep order. I have over 140 frontline divisions, a reserve divison will not hinder my efforts. I have already shipped in 3 billion to Markovian families. I have a LARGE military, and this is currently the only international deployment, as in I still have the rest of my military to fight with, so I think saying I'll be to busy is an inaccurate statement.
OOC-Nice idea, but you guys really are kind of nosy when it comes to the deployment stuff. How do you know where and how big my forces are?

Restrictions-
NO OFFENSIVE WEAPONS. This includes- Cruise Missiles, ICBMs, MRBMs, any kind of weapon like that, bombers, missile subs, battleships, missile or bombardment frigates, and any other ships designed for attack of land targets. Also, no aircraft carriers. Markov must also keep it's military under 400,000 (Yes, I know I lowered it.).
Furthermore, Markov must immediately withdraw any soldiers deployed abroad back to home.
Also, there is to be no trading of weapons between Markov or any other party.
