The General once more threw a dart. Then another, and another. Propaganda broadcasts went out. "SURRENDER TO YOUR BETTERS, OR ALL OF YOUR CITIES WILL GO THE WAY OF GOEBELLS AND HIMMLER."

OOC: you know, if you keep this up, C-G is gonna bring you up on charges of Genocide and mass WMD usage, lol.

The Cities blew empty. Few people were left as most took to the country side and the work opitunities that they offered. (hidden factories, etc).

OOC: ^^;; whoop, sorry, usually , when someone uses the phrase "heavily damaged" they mean like, they've (in terms of Gols) lost a leg or perhaps 3/4's of their systems ^^;;

And, about the number, I saw a number like, 160 in the area, so, I wasn't sure how many were in the battle, ^^;;
ooc: If I kept all of them condensed in a single spot, perhaps you would have scored bigger kills. And as for some brief stats on my mechs, my mechs are not your average "big walking robot." Mine are more like an armored suit that the pilot wears, just that it's 20 feet tall. It has the same armor as my mammoth panzers, but significantly less thick. If you've ever played the game Starcraft, the Goliaths in that game are the ones I'm using. They are essentially an anti-personnel/aircraft platform, not really designed to take on heavy armor.

OOC: I figuered those were the ones that you were using, lol. So how many gols DID you have in the area anyways? ^^;; and how many Tanks?

Without hesitation, 160 Goliath mechs, 5,500 Shadow Stalkers, and 250 Mammoth Panzers began to spread out over the hills to discover the hiding places of the remaining enemy forces.
ooc: That's how many forces I had going into this new forest battle. You've destroyed/damaged 31 goliaths so far, 0 tanks, and I haven't totalled the infantry death count yet.

Major Harvery Baum survaied what he was to re-occupy. A giant hole in the ground and a rubble strew'en port filled with partially sunken ships and left over matérial.

He still had his command of 2000 trained and now very experianced troops, leading about 300,000 citizens who had proved their worth in the urban fighting in "Hitler's inferno" perhaps now more adiquetly called "Hitler's Slightly Radioactive Hole in the Ground."(HSRHG)

The Major's rank was bistowed apon him for his glorious actions in HSRHG. Now he was back, and he was to salvage any equipment he could from the wreakage.

the SGT peered through the smoke and wreckage....damn there wasn't supposed to be any survivors........so who were these bastards??

His eyes fixed on the swastika as the thump from the corporal beside him triggering his grenade launcher brought him back to his senses as the grenade explosion followed by gunfire split the air. As he dove for cover he saw his radioman with his Air Cav webbing take cover screaming into his headset Delta Company IN CONTACT, IN CONTACT

Meanwhile...

some miles west of HRSH("hitlers radioactive shit hole", aka the city formerly known as "hitlers inferno")

the residents of the little fishing village west of the beachhead had never seen so much activity. The sailors from the NCR seemed friendly enough but stayed very busy and got even busier as the ships from the task force preciously off HRSH arrived off shore and the ampibious dock began to take shape. Aircraft activity seemed to pick up quite a bit as well as more and more c141s came into the temporary strip not far from the village which was now seeming a lot more activity and more than a little sudden recent growth and development.

When the wind was blowing right; one hear what sounded like gunfire coming from the remains of the city just out of sight over the smoke shrouded horizon.

At the Front...

Gen Gurion watched as his troops stayed on the high ground except for a company stationed at the bridge in the valley below. The destruction wrought on the capital made it almost impossible for most of his troops to participate and that wasn't such a bad thing.

Once the IF-5 Infiltrator and the DS-5 Battle Armor suits were incorporated and the 4,000 men selected for that duty trained up to speed (2 per Battle Armor) CFI forces could operate in the kind of environment that was becoming more and more the norm in the little corner of hell that was Freemantia and Hitler's Empire.

Dispatch sir

damn.... My compliments to the commander of the Netanya Air Cav division. Inform him the Elijah division will encircle the nazi forces returning. Issue orders to Gen. Netanyahu to proceed at best speed to entrap these fools outside the city if possible.

Meanwhile

A squadron of F15Es (24 planes) begins air support firing and bombing runs over any sighted and/or engaged nazi forces. Primary weapons are High explosive and anti personnel bombs

'What the hell? The nuke should've taken anyone in this area out!' Maj. Baum thought to himself as several soft thumps where heard followed by explosions and gunfire.

Behind him, his troops droped to the ground behind any cover they could find, returning fire with RPG's, M60's, C-6's and AK's.

ooc Air Cav from the airport outside the city proper moving back in the survey the damage and rescue survivors if possible. That Air Cav obviously isn't a full division anymore. The air cav lost 6,000 assault troops in the blast along with many of the Naval Contruction Regiment(NCR) working the dock area but the Jabodians and the amphib assault regiments where completely destroyed.

ooc: You only have 1 reload per launcher correct? I recall reading that somewhere...

ic: Several dozen MP tanks are hit directly in the side of the turret toward the AUTO-SAM launchers, causing the surface-to-air missiles to explode outward. However, the tanks are still able to fire back at their ambushers, and do so unrelentlessly. Noticing that their rockets were not making much of a difference against the super-reinforced hulls, the guerrilas then aim for the inside of the barrel. A nearly impossible shot, most of the guerrilas miss. However, 14 of them get lucky and manage to have the missile explode directly in the firing chamber of the turrets, killing the gunners and drive crew of 9 of the tanks.

Explosions rocked the tightly packed tunnels, as a small group of hostiles emerged from hiding, letting loose their terrifying weapons.

`White Longinus Leader. Holy shit!!! Report.`

`White Longinus 3. Sir, only 4 of the R-Bots are left.`

`White Longinus Leader. Spread out, scan everything, and gas all the corridors down here. Weapons out now.`

Then they were hit from the sides as the tunnels that the Citizens had crawled through, to hit them from the back, exploded as the C4 was set off.

im taking it you mean the tunnels were lined with C4 and you set it off?

For another time that day, everyone had lost count, the ground heaved and exploded, as the C4-rigged sewage tunnels were set off, destroying the 22 R-Bots and 24 Longinus suits that had entered the sewers. From their camping spot, the explosion shook the Raven's , and their pilots heard the explosion perfectly fine without needing the aid of the built-in sound amplifiers. The pavement was ripped apart, sidewalks were shredded, and the few remaining buildings with glass were shattered, leaving any building near the streets weakened.

ooc: Oh, well in that case...

ic: The 97th Mammoth Panzer division continues to shoot back at their enemy, having depleted them of their anti-armor weapons. Just as they begin their final big push, many large C4 bundles are detonated in the woods, showering the area with wood splinters and seriously wounding and/or killing nearly 1,300 men. No vehicles were caught directly in the blasts, but they had other problems in that ammo was becoming scarce. If they were going to win, they were going to have to do it now. Seeing no choice but hand-to-hand combat, the entire division rushed toward the center trench, with the surviving Shadow Stalkers running behind the tanks and armored vehicles. Heavy AK47 fire ricocheted off the vehicle shield, not stopping it in the least. The soldiers quickly disgarded their BFG10k Plasma rifles and instead began readying their SPAS-mk7 automatic 12 gauges.

"Here they COME!" Cried out a Private Conner as the mass of men and machine began their rush towards the trenches.

Major Hauter looked around at his much deminished command, less than 500 troops. But hardend troops; he knew they would never give up; would rather die then surrender. And this day, die they would, but they would exact a murderous price on the unclean forces.

He rose his sword into the air with a sharp motion and bellowed "For the REICH!" before dropping his hand.

At this signal 100 RPG's were raised, each single RPG warhead attached to as many as 4 other RPG warheads. With a second motion from Hauter, the RPG's were fired in a massed wave at the approching juggernaut. The used launchers were dropped and fresh ones were put into the firer's hands. Another motion brought a second RPG wave, then a third, then a fourth.

A fifth wave exploded right in the trench's face as the enemy finally reached them.

"Kill'em ALL!"

Less than 30 feet away from the trench, RPGs are fired at the oncoming freight train of armored vehicles and troops. The majority of the rocket-propelled grenades bounce off the armored hulls of the mammoth panzers, exploding harmlessly dozens of feet in the air. A few strays miss the tanks and explode into the bodies of the men running behind the vehicles, killing an additional 80. Finally approaching the edge, the men finish arming themselves with SPAS-mk7s and apply bayonets. The tanks and Goliaths stop at the top of the trench and fire downward with a barrage of 30mm APAP rounds and jet streams of napalm. The soldiers behind run around the tanks and enter outside the range of the fire, double tapping the guerrilas in the head with incendiary 12 gauge shotgun shells.

The firefight was insane, out of his men, half were using their AK's, but the other half were just using RPG's strings. Anytime a Unclean soldier would show his head a couple of RPG's would make their way to his position.

At the goliaths, the RPG's would be aimed at their feet and knees, hoping to trip them.

Major Hauter was in the middle of it, bellowing orders, keeping the line from shattering. In one hand, a AK-74u with his sword straped on like a Bayonet, in the other sat a RPG.

Hauter ordered the center to retreat deeper into the trenches, and had the right flank swing around behind the enemy infantry and have at their backs.

Preoccupied with the thousands of AK rounds, RPG's, and tank and Goliath fire, the low droning noise goes unnoticed. Until the Raven squad, 350 mechs land, and begin to plow through the brush and foliage, releasing their fatal sprays of plasma cannon and energy machine gun fire. Hovering above the ground, some land occasionally, only to step on the hostiles, before hovering once more. As bullets ping off their armor, they push harder and faster.

The rapidly advancing force runs down the walls of the trenches and begin firing their SPAS-mk7s at the guerrilas. The nazis weilding RPGs fire at the Goliath's leg pins, most of them missing completely or hitting the leg brace and ricocheting offward. Those that actually hit the pin blow the leg in half, causing the mech to collapse and fall into the trench. Some of the pilots survive the crash and fire back at the guerrilas with their M4A1 assault rifles. Moments later, the soldiers notice the presence of Unreal's Ravens, and quickly get out of the way of their intense plasma cannon fire. One of the Mammoth Panzers then slides down the edge of the trench and turns to squish all of the guerrilas standing in it, moving at 45km/h.

Several Nazi troopers jump on the speeding Panzer's turret, shooting RPG's down barrel, hoping to kill the crew inside, before jumping off again.

Major Hauter saw the line shaking and knew it could not hold for much longer.

Thrusting his AK into the air he called for a retreat into the next trench line behind them.

"DISENGAGE AND FALL BACK!"

Soldiers, ducking and weaving from the plasma blasts, begin to make their way from the partially over run front line to a secondary line behind them.

The tank wedging itself down the trench stops dead as an RPG explodes in the firing chamber. The resulting explosion ruins the firing mechanism and kills the left gunner. However, the tank soon begins to move again after the concussion wears off, and pursue the enemy flank. 300 yards away, Field Marshal Erik Brzozwy makes a vidtransmission to the flight deck of the H3NS Nemesis to recall back the Gun Dragons. Seeing this as a perfect opportunity to catch the enemy flanks off guard in an ambush of his own, Brzozwy orders 10 squadrons to comb the jungle for any surprises, then strafe the fleeing guerrilas. Having waited for the orders to take off and fight again, the pilots quickly man their craft and soar toward the wartorn jungle. They quickly engage thermoscans, and see no traces of the enemy in the wastelands south of the remaining jungle. Upon reaching the outskirts of trees, the Gun dragons hover low to the ground and wait for their prey to emerge from the recesses of the dense foliage. On their thermal scans, they can sense about 350 warm bodies scrambling toward their direction, all totally oblivious to the trap that lies ahead of them. Soon the first dozen emerge, just to be targetted by the GE Minigun MkII and incendiary rockets. The only accurate description of this scene is a concentrated mass of flying titanium and bursts of red bodily fluids...

Brzozwy gets live feedback of the carnage unravelling just miles down the path. Not satisfied with the rate of killing just yet, he orders that the other 4 Squadrons still on their way go around the edge of the jungle and outflank the enemy from the sides. He then transmissions Colonel Kerrigan of the U.S. MECH division to help pursue the guerrilas from behind. As the nazis gain awareness of the enemy in front, they are soon confronted with the presence of Gun Dragons from both sides, the remnants of Mammoth Panzer division 97, and the Ravens from U.S.

"So the tables have turned... heh...," Brzozwy thought to himself.

Recieving word of the Brzozwy's plans, Kerrigan gives the order to the remaining 150 Raven mechs, stationed just outside the enemy nation, to strike with Hitler III's Gun Dragons. With their amazing flight capability, the Ravens are on the edge of the forest within 90 seconds.

`Black Raven Leader. Thermal scans on, motion scanning engage, plasma cannons and energy machine guns ready. Finish it.`

As the Ravens' scanners click to life, the red markers appear on their displays, like a wave of targets rushing towards them. This was it.

"Deboer, tell me the status of our invasion."

"Yes Mr. President. So far, we've captured 900,500 square miles of enemy territory. The only part of Facsist Might we haven't killed everybody in yet is their capital, Bigotia. Unreal's MECH team seems to have the area under control, so we won't need to intervene there."

"What about Freemantia Part 2, have we taken Goering International Airport yet?"

"Well, we've run into a problem there."

"Problem..?"

"Yes, as you know we've been ambushed by a force of 30,000 guerrilas. Our men we're exactly adequately prepared for the onslaught and had difficulty at first pushing them back. Right now, that force of 30,000 has been reduced to about 250 to 500 men. Our secure teams are running through the airport making sure there are no secret hiding spots or bombs waiting to go off while the 97th MP division takes on the guerrilas. I estimate at the end of today that battle will be over."

"It better be, Dirk. What are we looking at for projected budget deficits due to this conflict?"

"Well sir, that's a multifaceted question. So far what you've put in the battlefield at the moment is going to cost us around $230 billion, with an estimated $450 billion extra depending on how long the war lasts and what exactly we are going to do in terms of fighting it. And of course, there's that special project you've yet to implement..."

"Ah yes... and what is the status of Project: Über Soldat?"

"Well, Gordon Freeman is eager to begin work down at Black Mesa; all he says he needs are fresh bodies. I'm sure we can find plenty of those at just the airport. But he says they must be freshly killed and in one piece."

"Not a problem. Just get Terzik to raid one of the nearby villages, kill everyone, dump the bodies in a freezer, and then haul it off to Black Mesa."

"Well that's what we were planning on doing. The only problem is that we're undermanned in that region. If we plan on winning this war quickly, and securing a body harvest, we will need to send all of our most powerful weapons to the field. More MP hovertanks are needed, and more BANSHEEs."

"Fine, consider it approved. And one final thing: how long before we can deploy the Tesla cannon?"

"Well, probably not in this theatre of engagement unfortunately. It's still in the testing phases, and as such would not be very reliable yet."

"I see... that will be all for now Mr. Deboer. You are dismissed."

"Oh wait one second Dirk, before you go I have one last thing I want you to do..."

"What is it, Adrien?"

"Ready the vidconference with The Unreal Soldier... I want him to know of my plans."

"Yes sir, right away."

Dirk Deboer leaves the room in a hurry to call in a special televised meeting between Adrien and Unreal. Within moments, a huge LCD screen lowers from the ceiling with Unreal's digital self in the center.

"Unreal, I have a request of you."

"Yes Adrien I'm listening."

"I have a special new project in the works that will require a little assistence from your men in the field. What I need you to do is do a little "body harvesting" for me..."

"Body harvesting?"

"Yes, body harvesting. I need you to freeze all of the freshly killed bodies you find that are in one piece and send them to the AMD labs at Black Mesa. Gordon Freeman, my Scientific Research/Development advisor, can explain more from the BM Facility."

"Ok, is there anything else you want done besides that?"

"No, that will be all. If you want I'll patch you in with Gordon right now, and you can ask him all the details about my latest project."

"Alright, I'll do that."

[Same time that the battle in the jungle is happening]

5 hours after the guerrilas were pushed back into the recesses of the mountain, the H3 MP divisions at Georing International Airport were given much leisure time to secure the area and set up tough defenses. First began the systematic search of the entire airport for remaining explosive devices and/or hiding troops, to which they found about 2 dozen unexploded bombs inside of the southernmost terminal. Carefully removing these delicate and dangerous instruments, the soldiers were able to commandeer the entire facility by nightfall. As a temporary perimeter defence, Unreal's Ravens patrolled the outer tarmac for hostiles while the H3 ground crews built a makeshift concrete bunker in the center of the area as a central command post. Within the next 2 hours, 80 Mammoth Panzer artillery units were flown in by Vk.2 Transport and set up strategically around the area to be able to hit anything that comes within 40 miles. Also, the men repaired 3 of the major runways and set up a temporary refueling station for the incoming support and attack aircraft. And as for the aircraft involved, a fleet of BANSHEE-X1/Es, F/A-22s, and Gun Dragons encircled the mountain on 40 minute shifts, just to make sure that if the enemy tried anything like this again, they'd be dead before they made it to the top of the mountain.

IC: If he had been a lesser man, the weight of the losses in this battle would have already crushed his will.

As it was, he and the remaining 50 of his men were crouched down between two embankments, taking heavy fire from the unclean forces.

The ambush that he had lead his men into had been devistating. In less than a minute, he had lost almost 80% of his remaining command. As it was, he knew that he had only one recourse left.

Stepping through the smoldering forest, the Ravens scan the area. Coming to a ridgeline, a group of Ravens find a small squad of hostiles, crouched hiding, exhausted, breathing heavily. Raising their plasma cannons and AP rockets, the Raven squad fires upon the last remaining group of hostiles on the battlefield.
Hitler III
24-09-2003, 02:00
Also noticing that the enemy movements seem to have haulted, the Gun Dragons took no chances of leaving any remaining enemies by burning the bullet-ridden piles of bodies with their wing-mounted M2-2 flamethrowers. The tanks pouring out of the woods also fire upon the group discovered by the Ravens with their 155mm cannons.

24-09-2003, 02:07
The plasma savagely chewed into the embarkments, sending dirt and rocks flying into the air along with blood and body parts.

'If this is the way it ends....' Hauter thought to himself, blood driping from multiple wounds along his face. 'Then let it end... and let them remember us.'

Once again he raised his shattered sword, 9 inches of blade still glimmering dispite the bloody and the grime, and for the last time, he ordered his men forward.

"ADVANCE!"

And so they did, 40 odd ragtag men, wounded, bloody and brused... but not broken, never broken.

Bellowing their rage at their enemies for one last time, to die on their feet.

"For the REICH! For HITLER!"
Hitler III
24-09-2003, 02:16
With the last remaining guerrilas charging toward the coalition, all of the Gun Dragons and tanks and Ravens and soldiers directed their fire toward the 40 surviving Fp2 nazis. Not even 3 seconds later, the area became silent as the last man fell to his death, riddled with 30mm shells.
The Unreal Soldiers
24-09-2003, 02:19
Seeing the limping nazi's coming towards them, some wildly shooting AK's, some attempting to shoulder an RPG, the Raven's had no mercy for the hostiles. Black Raven Leader came off the groud, sped towards their leader, and planted its steel foot down, crushing Hauter, all within seconds. Grabbing two more men in its hand, it crushed them and threw their bodies into the rest of the sadly advancing group. Firing and blowing them apart with searing plasma, the Ravens evaded Hitler III's incoming fire, while continuing to throw, kick, trample the dying hostiles.

OOC: thanks for announcing my CAS :P lol

IC:

As the last breath left him, Major Hauter could only look up at the sky.

'So very...'

And then his heart stoped.

And for a second, there was only stillness and a beep as the heartmoniter on his wrist recorded the the last beat of the heart.

And the status update was transfered via electronic carrier wave to the reciving end.

And the reciving end clicked on.

And the sky lit, once again, in thermonuclear fire.

The 75 Ravens heard a small beep after their slaughter was done, then their sensors overloaded with and light, automatically shutting down, an instant later the sensors didn't exist, nor did the Ravens. Miles away, the patrolling Ravens' sensors also overloaded, and were carried backwards, some for several miles from the firestorm winds.

It was over. The hostiles were dead. But so were almost a thousand troops.

The Unreal Soldier sat at his desk, hearing the final news. Tears started to well hearing his men, many personal friends, were gone, vaporized for their country.

"Set up a memorial service. Do whatever you can for their families."

"Yes...sir"

Unreal sat, his head in his hands, wishing he could do more, but he was tired, stressed, and breaking down. He got up, put his glasses on his desk, and walked to his room, his face looking older than before.

Those are basicly flat bed trucks with a .50 cal machine gun stand on them. Heavily modded, they would probably be able to haul the nuke cause, well, the nuke itself would not weight 30k.

As for why your troops didn't see it, it was under a mound of dirt, and.. well, all dirt looks the same to a soldier on the look out for anyone trying to kill him.

Also, I didn't say it was a warhead, only a bomb, which means that it might just look like a metal cylinder that may or maynot just be painted to look like a peice of rubble even if they had managed to unbury it.

And don't forget that in NS time not much time at all has passed. Not even a full day. To get 30,000 men down a hill, get killed, retreat, build a huge trench with only 500 guys, bury a nuke that you didn't say how you got it there in the first place, then detonate it with a piece of equipment that doesn't fit the nation's profile... seems too much even for me. I'm considering an IGNORE of that bomb, unless it's editted a tad. Like, with an explosion on the other side of the mountain perhaps where you have allies waiting. I am willing to lose men, don't get me wrong. I just have a problem with the time and location factors here. You came to the airport to liberate it from me, so you wouldn't just bring along a nuke because then you'd blow up the airport and yourselves in the process. A nuke is supposed to be a last resort weapon, not a first strike one. You could say that with your defeat in the jungle a second task force of your soldiers smuggles in something (albeit I don't know how you'd do that with the patrols I set up) and then detonate it because you knew that beating me the old fashioned way was impossible... :?

I wasn't bringing it to an area I was trying to liberate. The "hitler' person knew that he could not win. That's why he sent the team of 4000 experianced NAZI troops to blow up the airport in the first place. He had hoped to decimate your force through THAT blast. The nuke was only to be used if after my attack, there was still a large "unclean" force in the area. He isn't a stupid person, lol. so, he decided to kill off as many "unclean" as he could.

The post with the technicals does not mention any bomb, you're right. However, you notice that that post starts only with the attack, and not with any prep beforehand. The nuke could have easily have been brought to the area and dropped off by a couple of technicals before the attack took place.

As for the heart thingy-ma-bob-er, think of it like one of those heart moniters you see in a hospital. When the heart stops, the heart moniter sends a signal to the docters that this patiant is dead/needs to be revived. Now, if you mix that in with a deadmans switch on the bomb to replace the docter, you can see why the bomb went off.

Now, as the biggest bomb that Russia has ever tested was about 50 mega tones and the effects of the bomb couls still be felt past 150km, I estimate that the bomb (again, not nessasairly a warhead) was about 30 megatones.

Distraught over the news that a nuclear weapon had been detonated in close proximity to the Goering International Airport, killing his entire force in the area, Adrien Hitler III frustratedly stormed out of his office screaming at the top of his lungs.

"THAT'S IT!!! BY DAWN TOMORROW NONE OF HIS CITIZENS WILL LIVE!!! GET TERZIK ON THE VIDPHONE NOW, DEBOER!!!!!!!!"

"....Y-Yes...Mr. President."

Reaching for the transmitter, Dirk Deboer patches a link to General Terzik and the rest of Adrien's inner circle.

"TERZIK, WHAT IN GOD'S NAME ARE YOU DOING DOWN THERE THAT YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE NUKED!?!?!?!"

"We were caught off guard Adrien. The enemy snuck in a 30 megaton bomb somehow during their little ambush and distracted us before detonating it."

"THAT'S NOT A GOOD ENOUGH EXCUSE GENERAL... YOU HAD OVER 20,000 TROOPS IN THAT AREA AND YOU LET THEM GET BY YOU!?"

"It wasn't a matter of letting them get by us. Our last transmission from Field Marshal Brzozwy indicated that the 97th Mammoth Panzer division had killed off the remaining guerrilas prior to the blast, and that when they found their commander's body it had intricate detonation signal devices all over it. The bomb would have gone off no matter what."

"Arrgggghhhhh... and I assume that everyone in the area has died..?"

"Y-Yes Mr. President. Both the guerrila force and our MP divisions at that location were vaporized in the blast."

"Well I believe this leaves us with only one alternative. We will launch Tiberium Gas missiles at every one of the remaining cities and troop locations, and if they are classified as armored targets we will use our MOAB-IVs. And General, begin Project: Über Soldat immediately."

"Yes Mr. President. P: U.S. was about to be initiated now anyway. Mammoth Panzer divisions 20 and 26 have been ordered to raid the villages of Kurgistan, Pandemac, and Vasistlos for bodies. Gordon Freeman informed me that that will be a satisfactory amount of harvesting for the moment. And as for the strikes against the cities and other remaining military targets, you can consider them done."

"Good General. And when you're done, I want a thermal scan of the region to make sure there are no humans left in the area."

"Yes Mr. President. You have my word."

Receiving the orders directly from the General himself, Field Marshal Vladimir Molotov orchestrated the movement of Mammoth Panzer Divisions 20 and 26 southward from the capital of Bigotia in Facsist Might to the occupied village of Pandemac, the first of many pitstops for the "body harvest." Arriving 6 hours after beginning the journey, the soldiers and tanks march forward into the small town, where onlookers gawk at the sight of the impressive armored regiment. As they stop, the soldiers survey the populous and decide what to do next: shoot the inhabitants. One by one, the civilians are systematically murdered with small arms fire and dragged into the back of a giant truck lined with Liquid Nitrogen. In half a day, the inhabitants of the entire town vanish, never to be heard from again. The MP divisions then head off for Kurgistan to load up more bodies...

...while in the Aryan Ocean, BANSHEE-X1/E raids are initiated and directed towards all cities and military installations in Fp2 and the rest of his puppets. On an average of 5 cities per hour, BANSHEE stealth fighter-bombers drop Tiberium Gas MOAB-IV bombs and Nohz missiles . Conducting a thermal scan of the entire country, H3 satellites indicate that at the current rate of Tiberium growth, the entire nation could become a harvesting field within 3 weeks, and it is safely assumed there will be no human lifeforms anywhere in or near the country...

OOC: I had my people evacuate the cities awhile back... but I suppose some people in the towns might have stayed. Still.. that's kinda... harsh? killing civ's.

Ok, so, to lay out "my" forces positions, I have 300,000 citizens at arms plus 4000 soldiers at HSRHG (AKA: Hitler's inferno or Hitlers Slightly radioactive hole in the Ground.) fighting with Christians for Israel forces. So you may wanna lay off bombing there so as to not kill friendly troops.

In the capital city, I have alot, I'm not sure how many, Citizens at arms in the sewers in defensive positions deep undergound.

Now, if you've noticed, I've actually just been using Citizens at arms and small grounds of trained soldiers for this entire war. As soon as I get a reply to this message, I'll tell you guys where my main troops are. They number only about 75,000, and this war has been going on for about 13 days RL, so, they are armed with weapons alittle more modern than AK's and RPGs, lol, although, they still use plenty of them, ^_^. )

In a similar fashion to Pandemac, the 20th and 26th MP divisions entered the towns of Kurgistan and Vasistlos, killing all of the inhabitants and dragging them into the back of a large tanker truck. A burly man in his 30s steps forth from the interior of the Montaug, the mobile command center for the division. With a vidlink in hand, Field Marshal Molotov orders in a dropship deployment to take him, his men, and the vehicles thousands of miles away to the mountain complex of the Black Mesa Research Facility in southern Unreal Soldiers.

Meanwhile, the heavy tiberium bombing campaign raged on as cities all over the map crumbled under the weight of powerful explosives, lethal gas, and tiberium-based lifeforms. A new target this evening was the just-discovered mass of nazi guerrilas numbering in the 50,000s in the center of Fp2. Within hours of its discovery, the area was thoroughly blanketed with heavy sheets of the toxic green vapor.

Dropships can be heard droning in the distance, and crews rush out to Black Mesa's airport. The dropships open, and trailers drive out, carrying their frozen cargo. The large reinforced steel doors slide apart, revealing Black Mesa's AMD Sector, Hitler III's main lab area.

"Roger Tacitus-Alpha, drop the ordinance and return promptly."

BANSHEE-X1/E squadrons today had started a new strategy to entire whipe out the enemy: poison his natural resources. Knowing that water would naturally become precious and scarce during a time of conflict, the H3 military took advantage of this by expediating the rate of rarity with strategic tiberium-bombing in reservoirs, rivers, and other inland bodies of water.

my silkworms are marching against yours, my worms march toward yours with a certain confidence. for they are larger and stronger than the on coming force. they have woven armor and mini weapons to fight in this war...

this battle was agreed by all silkworms to be a non gun powder weaponry.(occ:back to the old days, o yeah).

the worms are now standing in a line waiting for the battle to comense... they see their enemy coming over the horizon, and start squeeking their war squeeks, and powding the soil with their weapons, getting pumped for the long night that will come.

then in the calm, they charge...

Though physically weaker than their enemy Uruk-worm foes, they were far greater in number. Wormagorn, son of Silkathorn, led his soldiers on to Worm's Deep. The massive structure, standing over 1 ft high, loomed in the distance, with Christwagons legions lined in front. Carrying their Q-Tip torches, the silkworms marched on, the rain from a nearby garden sprinkler coming down like cannonballs on them.

Behind the silkworms came the enormous Earthworms, carrying silkworm canopies(think Oliphaunts carrying the Men of Evil in TT).

"ROAGRAJFSK!!!" yelled Wormagorn, and his soldiers stopped, forming a perfect line, 6inches from Christwagon's.

"YABATHADAHI!!!" yelled Wormagorn, and his worms raised their arrows and spears.

"FIRE!!", and with that, the first volley of arrows flew towards the infidels.

Christwagon's silk worms put up their sheilds and begin to squirm twoards their foes... the giant centipedes and milipedes come speeding by like giant war trains. the centipedes cut through the first line of worms and then milipedes will be used like battering rams, then the giant mutant Christwagonian silkworms clash with the Unreal silkworms and so begins the fight.

the farther back silkworms shoot up silk strands to the top of the walls of Worms Deep. then they begin construction of a crude ladder for the others to get up.

then they begin to climb up the ladders. and the centipedes fly up their own bridges.

And so the battle begins....

"You did the right thing about the Nazis, but about this Civilian killing business... what do you think they are up to?"

"Frankly, I don't know."

The king only grunted.

"Damn white boys, always making trouble."

Ipkiss laughed at the often re-told joke. He knew that the king didn't really mean anything racist by it.

"What about you sir? What do you think we should do about it?" Ipkiss asked.

Jee Leng Tan, King of the Throne of Canada-Germany just grunted again.

"What I want to do is send a Ops group to the area where the Dropships disapeared off our satalite view."

"That's deep into H3 territory sir."

"Yeh... I know."

Ipkiss looked at the aging King, who, at 60, looked to be in better shape than most men in their 45's.

"I think we should do it anyways." Ipkiss muttered underneath his breath.

ooc: No you don't. The experiments are going on in secret, you don't know they exist. And the dropships didn't even go to my country, they went to US's.

ic: With the success of the reservoir-poisoning campaign, the next target of H3 Tiberium bombing was logically the Ruhr II River Dam: the largest water constriction and energy facility within all of Freemantia. The target had been planned to be hit with a barrage of HE and tiberium, to both destroy the complex and flood the area, and to poison the water supply even more so that when the water washed over everything, mutation would eventually set in. Selected for this mission was yet again the mighty BANSHEE-X1/E hypersonic stealth fighter/bomber squadron 102 - the Death's Head Legion.

Approximately 4 hours after being briefed, the 10 pilots boarded their craft and made their way toward the hydroelectric dam in the northwestern portion of the nation, heading over "Hitler's Inferno" along the way. Reaching their goal, the Tiberium MOAB-IV bombs are dropped into the side of the dam, exploding with a mushroom cloud 4 times the size of the dam itself. Just as the men congratulate each other on a mission well done, half a dozen missiles streak across the landscape in their direction, probably heat seaking.

"We got incoming enemy SAMs of some sort. Light Wing, Dark Wing, engage hyperthrusters. Full throttle it back to base, now."

"Yes Death," the men all acknowledge. With the push of a button, the cruise speed of the crafts are raised from 1,200 mi/hr to 6,700 mi/hr, well above anything in terms of speed that the enemy could use to shoot them down. In less than 15 minutes, the pilots return to the flight decks from which they began their sortie, totally unscathed.

IC: A small speed boat makes it's way through the open ocean towards the biggest ship it could. One of the Majestic Aircraft carriors.

A large speaker sits atop the ship, and the boat announces itself.

"This is General Baum, I ask to be meet a commanding officer aboard one of your aircraft carriors. This is to enable me to ask for a surrender."
Hitler III
30-09-2003, 00:34
"Admiral Vince, there is a small boat approaching from the east, they say they wish to surrender. What shall we do with them?"

"Fire an EMP MU90 torpedo at them. If this is some kind of trap, we'll short circuit it before it becomes a problem."

"Yes sir."

The message of surrender goes unresponded throughout the H3 fleet. Moments after their discovery, several MU90 torpedoes armed with short range EMP warheads scuttle toward the small enemy vessel, detonating alongside it.

(And on an ooc note, those torpedoes don't do any physical damage to your vessels.)

30-09-2003, 01:46
"Holy sh*t!"

The boat jounced in the water as Baum had to hand on to the stearing wheel tightly to keep the boat undercontrol.

And again on the speakerphone: "I'm trying to Surrender damn it! What you wanna kill me?"
Hitler III
30-09-2003, 01:59
"Admiral, the vessel has been neutralized. All electronic devices on board have been eliminated. Shall we do anything else?"

"Yes, conduct a search. I want that thing cleared of any explosive devices, understand?"

"Yes Admiral."

An 8-man SS team approach the motionless ship from one of their own cigarette boats. On board, they find the captain repeatedly shouting out cries of surrender, but the team has something more important to discover: the true purpose of this vessel. Given that the enemy had repeatedly nuked the Coalition forces, it seemed highly unlikely that this was a mere "surrender." And with that mentality, a search and seizure operation began, first in the engine room.

OOC: much better, lol.

The boat jolts forward as the weapons fire ceases. A couple of hard turns later, the H3 spec ops force is treading water with the corpses and radioing for fire support.

In a tiny hardened compartment on the underside of the ship, a man lays in front of a small stearing wheel, small computer by his side. At his feet lay several O2 containers. The man presses several buttens on the computer and the boat shudders.

All around the boat, shells detonate near the hull, sending shockwaves bashing against it.

The man finally completes the sequance of buttens and presses enter. Another harded compartment beside him opens up and a Rocket Torpedo roars out.

(I can't remember what it's called, but it's that Russian one, the Skaval or something like that. In anycase, it's damn fast, and it's damn dumb, lol.)

A second after the "RocTorp" leaves the bay, a torpedo slams into the boat, blowing it out of the water.

The RocTorp wallows alittle in the blast but keeps on going. Torps are fired at it, but it manages to out run most of them before, 2k from the Aircraft Carrier, a lucky torpedo manages to strike it on a back fin.

The resulting explotion tosses the warhead forward before the last Nuke in FM's arsonal explodes.

(OOC: as to why it was not disabled, the compartment it was siting in was hardened as was the warhead itself. Mind you, it was only a small nuke, so, maybe with an effective range of, what, 10k, with an effective crater of about... 2.5k in radius, thus about 5km in diameter.)

ooc: Your nuke was disabled because of the 6+ EMP torpedoes I fired at your ship. The thickness of the compartment and warhead do not matter because the torpedoes I use fire a special ultra high frequency light beam that can penetrate through 100 meters of solid lead. Your "nuke" is now nothing more than a paper weight.
Canada-Germany
04-10-2003, 04:41
OOC:

6+ eh? that's a very non-specific number seeing as your commander said "one" and your post said "several".

Did I say it was hardened with lead? no, my hardening process alows from a protective coating, about a centermeter thick of absorbing materials. These Materials do not protect so much as absorb the EMP into it. They do this by emitting mucho free neutrons outwords along with running a enhanced Static-Magnetic field around it.

The free neutrons break down the EMP while the S-M field absorbs what remains. This absorbtion actually strengthens the field even more.

To protect the bomb from it's own protection, there are several passive platings.

OOC: yes, and you did hit and sink the ship. It took alittle time as it wasn't going in a straight line all the time, but, meh. heh. remember, you heard the broadcast and decided to respond in person, while the boat was still speeding towards you. Only then did you send the torps and the spec ops.

Edit: ok, not in person, but you didn't immediately sink the boat.
ooc: I'm ignoring what I said previously. I forgot to realize that I control the entire coastline for several hundred miles, so therefore it would be impossible for you to get that close to me.

OOC: You have no troops on the ground. True? That's what you said, right? so you have have ships positioned off the shore, but you can not control that much shore all the time with so few ships.

So, could a small speed boat sneek through and attack those ships? Probably not. but again, remember, the guy broad cast a surrender message and you did not respond with "ok, bomb him now." you choose instead, to hit him with EMP and then send a spec ops team out to him.

"With Project Über Soldat fully underway, all of the Mammoth Panzer divisions still in enemy territory are recalled back to the safety of the battle fleets surrounding FM's territorial waters."

Recalled. as in, already finished being recalled. Not recalling, as in, still doing. Even if recalled could mean still doing, you put "are recalled" not "are being recalled" ie: still past tense, thus, have already finished.

ooc: Yeah, recalled to the safety of the ships meaning the shoreline, which is within my ship's gunnery range. And I don't think thermal imaging via satellite relay is going to miss a speed boat using a gasoline-of-some-sort powered engine, not to mention that normal human vision would spot your boat on the horizon with binoculars, and then your ship would either be hit with ship cannon fire or submarine torpedoes.

"the safety of the battle fleets surrounding FM's territorial waters." Not the shores protected by the battle fleets, the fleets themselves.

"Admiral, MobSen 2 has just identified a small vessel travelling at 50 knots heading toward us. Do you wish to engage?"

"What is the target's profile exactly?"

"Well, it's being identified as a diesel speed boat, possibly a crew of 3, definitely not Allied."

"Heading toward us, you say?"

"Yes, but then it abruptly stopped 20 miles due east of here. That's within our 25-inch gunnery range, and will be within MU90 torpedo range once the Leviathan fleet changes course. I can give the order to attack now, so what is your command?"

"Hmm... and how did this slip through Terzik's fingers I wonder...? Oh well, sink it and be quick about it. I'm not going to wait for the enemy to pull another 'Georing Int. Airport' ambush on me again."

"Yes sir. I'll have a firing solution momentarily."

"Good."

3 rows of cannons line up with the target profile, each blasting BAS rounds at 2.3x the speed of sound. Meanwhile, an impatient President Adrien H3 instructs the trigger-happy Admiral to begin heading back to Manticore harbor until the next phase of military operations slated for next January, when the Tiberium would surely have usurped all of FM's and it's puppet's territory.

Seeing as this war was getting nowhere fast and his enemy somehow went from ridiculously stupid and untrained to being able to stand toe to toe with the elite of the H3 military, Hitler III abruptly pulled out of the war just in time for corn flakes. The current status quo will remain that all of FM and its puppets were unrecognizeably covered in a huge Tiberium field, however no current plans for reinvasion are open at this time. It is assumed that in the Tiberium bombing campaign and subsequent inland flooding due to the destruction of the Ruhr II River Daming system, nearly all of FM's leadership (and citizenry) had perished. Coming home to a rather large scale victory celebration, the H3 troops relaxed for several months until their next assignment, which would involve the harvesting of the jade crystal crop...

"Citizens of the Empire, I have news of tantamount good. Our soldiers have defeated the vile Facsists who used our name in vain to slander our reputation! No longer will we be accused of deeds being done by an imposter! By a show of overwhelming force, we have proved ourselves something to be reckoned with, leaving not a trace of the enemy behind! I wish you all a good day, and may you continue to serve the Empire!"

Ecstatic with the latest victory news, Adrien double checked his other incoming reports for any deviant figures. Although the death toll had been in the neighborhood of 25,000, he was still satisfied at the speed this war had been fought and won. It was still not clear who provided FM with nuclear weaponry, but that was a minor threat to him at the moment. In particular, news concerning Project Über Soldat had completely distracted him from the possibility that that last remaining warhead could be used on more H3 soldiers. Receiving a call from Gordon Freeman directly, Adrien was pleased to learn four different successes. One, that the brain-CPU-BioNet chip connection operation had been accomplished; two, the new Aegis-class armor being developed specifically for the super soldiers was able to attain a tensile strength of well over 340,000lbs; three, that Tesla Gun accomplished its primary goal of firing an accurate beam of electricity through 15m of plated Tryotallo; and finally, that a working prototype of the super soldier could be ready as early as the end of the following month.

ooc: FM's military IS stupid and untrained. The real Freemantia never RPed at all, so his default military is untrained, underequipped, and basic 20th century tech (nowhere near the US capability, maybe Afghani if he's lucky). Secondly, when I initiated the attacks on this war, I had planned to conquer FM ICly without his participation, which would mean I would plan it out like a normal RP but have his damages calculated in my posts. When you took over, that's basically what you were supposed to do, HOWEVER, when you DID take over, you elevated the difficulty level above what it should have been. For instance, you somehow smuggled nukes in to these countries from YOUR MAIN country disregarding the distance and time factors between this region and yours. NS earth is huge, don't expect a shipment of nukes (stolen or not) to just arrive on the battlefield instantly, considering Nazi Deutschland Axis is not near you. Also, the battles started when you took over the job of RPing for FM barely lasted a half hour, so it's extremely unlikely that your stolen nukes would have arrived for at least another NS week in that thread. Another example is the missiles you were hording. To be honest, I've never heard of an Eyrx (sp?) missile, but it sounds like something that dumb guerrilas wouldn't have readily access to in large quantities (at least, the quantities you claimed to have). Now, I did RP good for the most part in my opinion. I took casualties even when in reality it would be unlikely that that would occur, given my technological level. For instance, you being able to jump on top of a 15 foot tall tank and by the luck of the draw manage to get a missile down the barrel of the tank and explode it, without being killed yourself, is extremely unlikely. However, when we were closing down on you in the jungle, the rate at which you said your guys were dying was unrealistic given the amount of gunfire going off. You got surrounded by over 100 tanks and 100 mechs and several thousand infantry and then U.S.'s mech force, which equates to tens of thousands of bullets, bombs, shells, plasma rounds, missiles, rockets, and flame jets, all directed at you. The amount of stuff we were firing would have killed a force 10 times as big as your initial ambush in less than a minute. And terrain in this scenario doesn't really help you... considering the forces were very close to yours and the flamethrowers and plasma would have melted through your tree/rock/trench cover. On the other hand, there were times I did get carried away and post your losses by mistake, I will admit to that. But I did pay attention to logistics and realism with reference to my technology level. And speaking of that, I'd like to say something about the Tiberium that was being bombed on you. The Nohz missiles that were being launched do not have an nuke explosion radius. The typical Tiberium warhead I use affects an area less than 1 acre in every direction. However, given time, the Tiberium will spread farther away from ground zero until it has consumed every leechable element in the area (one of its inherant chemical properties). Also, the plasma shots being fired cause damage based on heat, so anything near it that isn't wearing heat protection is going to get melted (ie exposed soldiers). But, given FM's technology level, there isn't anything he would have to protect his soldiers from a ball of energy that is hot enough to melt through steel without touching it. Now, with all this being said, I will respect all events up until this boat incident, in which case the status quo will remain that FM has a huge tiberium and flooding problem to deal with, and I suffered 25,000 deaths.

ooc: And my Tesla Gun doesn't exactly exist yet. It's being prototyped at the same time the Super Soldier is, and will be one of its main weapons. Although I really don't have any 100% accurate idea how you'd make a real gun like this, my gun will basically fire electrons in a beam that is fueled by occilating magnetic pulses at a very very fast frequency. This *theoretically* will propel the electrons forward at high speed, probably not with very great accuracy, but powerful enough to be useful. It will require a special generator that will also be equipped, and will have a cooldown period in between shots (so it won't be like the RTCW Tesla Gun).

The problem with time is that usually, one RL day is 1 NS month or 1 NS year, so I par'ed it down to 1 RL day = 1 NS week for RP purproses. Now, this has been going on for some amount of days, so that's why they got the nukes.

ooc: No, I'm out of the war for now. I'll be back to check in from time to time, and I'll make an annoucement when I return. For now, I'm pretty much going to concentrate on building the super soldier, then work around with a few mech ideas I got from a game called Total Annihilation. (However, the Tiberium and the flooding hasn't gone... and when I make my return it will involve the harvesting of this stuff).

And yes, I do remember the Eyrx missile link, but it seems kind of advanced for guerrilas who barely know how to aim and shoot and load an AK47... And the time generally slows down during a war RP otherwise it would be impossible to do battles given the rate at which time flies on NS. If it were me smuggling in the nukes, I would have posted something about the stolen part a RL week in advance before they even showed up on the battlefield, let alone blowing them up after a RL week.
