The Commonwealth of Saturnine City-states is proud to announce its formal inception and declaration as an "associate member" of the Federation of Autonomous City-states. The Commonwealth is the political body to provide representation and coordinate defense for Federation citizens and companies residing in present and future FACS-aligned colonies located in the Saturn system. Provided further population and economic growth, the Commonwealth hopes to earn full member status within the Federation.

Current assets within the Commonwealth include the joint Novadyne Engineering-Sterling Robotics experimental atmospheric gas & ring mining station in Saturn orbit, a water ice mining colony on Tethys, hydrochemical plants and Minoa Station - the capital of the Commonwealth - on Titan, and Cassini Aerospace Force Base on Iapetus.

The Secretary-General's Office would like to congratulate the Commonwealth of Saturnine City-states and its hard-working Federation citizens on achieving "associate member" status within the Federation. We look forward to working with the Commonwealth's representatives to promote and protect Federation interests in Saturnian space.

We also wish to congratulate the forward-thinking policies of the Federation Space Exploration Agency, the Aerospace Forces, and numerous private organizations for taking the lead in advancing our space industry and interplanetary presence. This is the culmination of extensive cooperation and vision on the part of everyone in the Federation's aerospace field. We celebrate your accomplishments and see them as another example of everything the citizens and member states of the Federation are capable of.
